    I am experiencing an issue where my 1.5 GB data allowance ran out without me even using it on Airtel. I did not receive any 50%, 90%, or 100% data usage alerts.For top up using the Airtel Thanks app not working. This situation is very disappointing. @airtelindia @airtelnews

    @airtelindia your airtel one/black customer care executive are clueless on how to work and talk to customers. No idea on processing requests or checking open requests. How many days it takes to add another number to airtel black?

    @airtelindia Hi, @airtelindia internet connectivity issues again with airtel black wi-fi. Unlike last time i could not even raise a ticket as your chat bot keeps hijacking the conversatuon. Will you please raise a ticket for wifi internet connectivity issue?
