    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence As an Airtel Black customer paid every bill on the day it was generated. Same on 06-Feb too. Paid via UPI on the Airtel Thanks App. Money deducted from my bank. Bill not settled. Since then 14 emails and 19 calls from both side but not refunded

    @Airtel_Presence ... @airtelindia comes back, after 7 days, to tell me the same 'fiber isn't feasible in the CBD part of Bangalore' story that they've been telling me for 2 years. With no ETA! It looks like they believe people staying / working here are too good for Airtel Fiber service! :(
