    Hey @airtelindia we are using your broadband service, the Internet connectivity has stopped working since last three days. We contacted customer care and the installation guy but no one is resuming the services. No technician has visited till date. Our working has affected lot.

    SR no. 134165568 for broadband was raised on 17 Jul. Daily I am getting false commitment from airtel that it shall be resolved on the same day. During times when people are working from home broadband doesn't work 5 days, highly disappointed @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

    I have recharged my airtel number with Rs 89/- and as airtel showing that i am unable to claim 1 month free prime video why @airtelindia . It is showing that you are existing customer. Where you have mentioned that it is only for new customers? Why @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia
