From past 5 days my @airtelindia broadband is not working, I have raised the complain on 2nd October. since then no one from airtel has contacted me, I'm calling airtel customer care every day twice and everytime they says we have escalated the issue and it will sorted in 2 hrs.

@airtelindia Dear Team, we are using 4 number of Airtel and getting problem majorly in ground floor as no network. we can not received any single call in that location. Complain multiple time on email - they are saying register ed email is incorrect, Called to customer. No result
