  @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @airtelnews You have the pathetic wifi network. Internet keeps on getting disconnected and connected. I am seeing 100MBPs speed but i am not able to send a whatsapp message. You disconnect internet instantly when bill is due. Disappointing

  Oh man @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence is unbelievable..cannot reach any live agent to talk to clear an issue. Either a robot on Airtel App or just a recording on custome care number. Time to change?

  @airtelindia Airtel scammed me. They harassed me with daily calls to add my 2nd number to Family Plan. I agreed only to stop the spam. They charged extra but never added the number. Then disconnected it for "non-payment". Pure fraud. @Airtel_Presence @AirtelIndia #AirtelFraud

  @airtelindia has to be the worst broadband connection you could ever use. I don't even get the network in my bedroom, because the modem is installed in the dining room. The speed is worst, and the field agent doesn't even want to change the modem or its location. He wants to solve the problem on the call itself, because it saves his time. Worst company, worst service, worst customer experience!

  Dear @airtelindia, Absolutely love how consistent u are not in providing internet, but in sending bills right on time. WiFi hasn’t worked fr 2 weeks, but the invoice shows full dedication. Truly inspiring service. Are we paying for the internet… or for your imagination of it?

  @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence As soon as I Open Airtel App on Android, it crashes and closes. Please fix it ASAP. I am unable to access my account details of WiFi and Mobile recharge on Airtel App. Please release stable version on Google Play Store soon.
