@Nivedita_Shan @airtelindia Forget about villages they don't have network in cities also.I live in Bangalore and facing the same issue.Complaint raised in App, twitter but no resolution,they copy paste the same messages with apologies and will ask for pin code as if they are going to turn around the things.
