  @airtelindia Fiber Installation sucks in Jodhpur promised to install in 5 hrs…even after 24 hrs of work order generation and payment, no sign of any technician to install, no calls no message… @Airtel_Presence please answer, is this the after sales services you are providing???

  @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I told the collection guys I was in a family emergency, I'll pay with my older plan. But I am asked to pay 1k more for no usage from my end. Why couldn't you call me when my original plan had expired and not a month later? Poor service, disappointed
