  @airtelindia how difficult can it be to get to your customer care executive. Tried n number of times. You guys don't have value for your customers time. Have bought a new sim through your app, still not delivered, cAnt even track? Such service.

  @airtelindia Your customer service is extremely disappointing. Yesterday, I submitted a request to disconnect my WiFi connection and clearly mentioned the reason for the disconnection.

  @airtelindia @airtel_presence This is beyond poor customer service. My number was converted to an expensive postpaid plan I never approved, not linked to my family plan as requested, and later removed without my consent. Records appear inconsistent and no one is taking ownership.

  @airtelindia should I port out of your network?? The 5G you offer feels like 3G of 10 years old BSNL service. Earlier, I thought it could be due to those free prepaid sims your company offers to Port-in but I am using your postpaid for years and it turns to be a myth. #airtel

  I visited the airtel office in Sector 18, Noida.They informed me to visit a Airtel office located in Odisha. But I am staying in Noida. I can’t go Odisha now and this is very urgent to me. Please provide an alternative solution and consider this as high priority. @airtelindia

  @airtelindia Our office Airtel Wi-Fi has been down for 10+ days, despite repeated calls to customer care. Service Request 11036968582 was raised on 4 Aug 2026, with a promised resolution by 4 Aug, 6:31 PM.

  @airtelindia what happened to you? Worst mobile network across the Pune, constantly fluctuating since last 3 months, even in good areas like Baner. Absolutely frustrating.
