  @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I have requested for Wifi shifting on 6th April but till 10th april it is still pending. Now I want to cancel the request as I can't wait more and surrender the wifi services. Please close my wifi services.

  @Airtel_Presence I am done! Cancelling @airtelindia wifi connection today. I have 5 chances, tweeted, called your call center...but all I got was poor response, bad behavior and a pathetic connection!

  Worst service ever @airtelindia , trying to connect with customer service from morning but not a single time I could connect. Then I tried your so called 24*7 AI chat boat, it couldn't understand my request as well. Even I'm unable to stop the service

  If e-commerce companies can operate human customer executives who understand issues rather than just giving options to choose from, why can't Airtel? Hours wasted solving an issue as your so-called 24x7 chatbot doesn't understand customers' issues. Still unresolved. @airtelindia

  @airtelindia @TRAI @Airtel_Presence Based on 2 recent experiences,would advice everyon to stay away from international roaming on airtel prepaid. They have a sim failure issue. go for the other options. BTW, the issue raised on airtel care is bot based and no help. Rs 895 lost.

  My Twitter feed won't even refresh, let alone play videos. And it takes a full 10 minutes just for WhatsApp statuses to load. Please resolve these internet issues as soon as possible. Thread 2/2 @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia
