It's been two working days and lots of calls in the consumer center for requesting Shifting my Setup box and wifi service engineer told me that fiber connection is not feasible you have to convert airfiber but no one comes to shifting @airtelindia please do.

@Airtel_Presence Shocking service. My number becomes completely unusable in Amritsar for months now—no signal at all. Multiple SIM swaps,eSIM, store visits but nothing works. Complaint raised in Feb ignored. Is this the level of service Airtel stands for? @airtelindia @airtelnews

@airtelindia we suspended the dth box 5 months ago. Everyday I get calls from your customer support that the box will be picked up but no one comes. It's very frustrating. Kindly do something else i will throw the box and hold no further liabilities. Please call and confirm
