  @airtelindia @TRAI Network coverage in Bakhrabad urf Khatai, Bijnor-UP 246734 is not adequate. Even normal voice calls cannot be completed properly—calls break and audio cuts out. Mobile internet is also unreliable. Please install a new mobile tower and provide proper coverage

  @airtelindia My broadband issue is still unresolved despite escalating through email & Twitter. Internet consistently goes down between 3 AM–7 AM. No technician has visited my house. Some agents say it is a network issue, but nobody is checking the actual connection.

  @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Service is down again today. How many outages am I expected to tolerate? I'm paying for internet, not repeated downtime. Pathetic service. Avoid Airtel Xstream Fibre if you want a reliable connection. Worst experience with almost no customer support.

  @airtelindia @airtelindiahelp Our entire building in Ghuma, Ahmedabad has been without stable Airtel Wi-Fi for 4 days. Engineers fix it temporarily, but it stops again within hours. Many of us work from home, affecting our jobs. TL Sagar is also unresponsive.
