    I have decided to Port to @airtelindia This is my 2nd port from Vodafone.. In 2019 because of strange problem I ported to Airtel. This is my father's Vodafone sim. I am Porting his sim to Airtel.

    @airtelindia Not a satisfactory service. Already having a wifi connection amd still have to wait for 5 days for TV OTT box installation is not a sign of good customer service. Moreover either on App or on toll free no proper reply.

    @airtelindia your network has been extremely poor for the last 15 days. Calls are dropping, internet is barely working, and it’s getting frustrating now. Kindly resolve this issue ASAP or at least provide a proper update. This level of service is unacceptable. #PoorService

    @airtelindia @TRAI #109150505559988 — Internet down 15–16 days in a month and now completely dead for 3 days straight. No resolution, only scripted replies. Local vendors using Airtel infra are working fine. This is clear deficiency in service. Escalating to consumer authorities.

    @Airtel_Presence, @airtelindia is such a useless service. They have blocked a website which I was using for websocket data. For removing a block on that website, they are asking me to 24-48 hours and now they are sending technician, who has no clue how to work on this

    @airtelindia @TRAI @MIB_India I am raising the issue related to due date. Mostly every platform is giving option to pay within 10 days. Recently I see that Airtel is giving option only for 3 days. Kindly help to extend the period. There're difficulties in the payment. Thank you
