@airtelindia From 8th Jan'22 onwards I've placed a request to upgrade my fiber speed up to 200 MBPS, for which I have received only the Assurance's & expected time of resolution i.e. 4/24/48 Hrs. Like that, some says that they have escalated the case to get it resolved.

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence After paying so much for your services (both prepaid & postpaid) all that a customer can get is extremely horrible call and data reception. There is absolutely no means for a customer to speak to an agent.

Worst internet service by @airtelindia even though i have 4g recharge it feels like i am on 2g . Also the recharge are expensive...
