@airtelindia I have an Airtel prepaid connection number from Bokaro . Whenever I was in roaming I am unable to make outgoing calls, but receive incoming calls. Now I am in roaming and facing same problem. I am really fedup with this kind of poor services from Airtel

@ViCustomerCare Okay but the other network provider has the option to deactivate the audio message, so It's better than I port to other network provider like @airtelindia

@airtelindia your sms service is down from more than 3-4 hrs in delhi region and no info was provided to consumers. U don't know how much I tried on bank sites to get OTP. Pathetic service!

@airtelindia fraud worst service, Don't purchase Airtel Xstream Broadband connection, they promise you for instance installation till they receives the payment and they haven't respond you and didn't do your installation for 3 days and more.
