    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence 10 minutes wait time to call the customer care at midnight, sim card stopped working suddenly, got a new one which was supposed to get Activated 3 hrs ago yet hasn't. No support from your so called support executives. What should I do ?

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence network at my area is very poor.i stay in Sastra University ,Thirumalaisamidram,Thanjavur. Network is very low such that we can't get net to attend calls.hope u will take appropriate measures and wishing that you will clear our problem asap
