  @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Hi can you guide on hot to raise the disconnection services as I would like to change the service provider from Airtel to any there competitors. The AI bot is waste of time as the problem stays.

  @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I am a Airtel Black Customer and my internet is NOT working since Apr 28 until now. There has been no response on what that issue is and when it will be resolved. Do you have any update on the ETA on when the issue will be resolved

  @airtelindia my broadband wifi is not working for the whole day today, cant reach out any customer care as there is no such service provided by you. On app it just say its taking more time to resolve. Kindly fix this asap or refund our money back.

  @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence While our payments are on schedule and never missed, how can you be missing your service this badly. I have to seriously think of porting to some other network if this issue is not resolved. you need to terribly pull your socks or lose out
