@airtelindia what’s going wrong with Airtel currently?? Its been more than 2 months and I have never seen more than 2 signal points ( generally 4 ). Internet quality has been drastically degraded at my location : PIN - 208004. Being postpaid customer I can’t tolerate this.

@airtelindia one of my SIM card no was in MP for 2 days but not reachable and no network was showing on mobile except emergency call onle so I call for assistance to 198 the expert suggested to replace the SIM being faulty. However as ssp as entered in MH state all services 1/2

@airtelindia now a Days Airtel services & customer support is to worst - we are using the services for the past 17 yrs Postpaid,Lease line,Broad band service- The support are very very worst now a days Even they don't respond to email since 1 week really ur support team works?
