Hi @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I raised a request for Airtel broadband connection on 22 Aug, made the payment on 23 Aug. Your engineer did the wiring on 23rd Aug but till now I have not got the router. I feel like I have done a mistake trying to switch to Airtel. Please help!

@airtelindia pathetic service. 2 months ago airtel approached our apt saying that connection is available in our area. after all formalities were finalised in 2-3 days no further action taken. till now not got airtel fibre connection!!!!!extremely bad service!!!

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence sir when doing 79 recharge you should mention that you can not send or receive sms, i have to again recharge by 149 to send an urgent banking sms. Kindly cancel the 1st recharge and refund 79
