    @airtelindia , blocking my OTP sms when my service expire as per them because of less balance. Is it right? If it is right then why BSNL not booking MY OTP. It is clear that they are not suppose to block my OTP from banks or any other OTP related services. @TRAI please help.

    @airtelindia @DolbyIn I have been using Airtel DTH for a long time but your service quality has degraded over the years. You guys have stopped showing most of the free to air channel. What kind of GUNDAGARDI is this? Your customer service is pathetic, they don't know anything and reads scripted msgs.
