  Bought an Airtel postpaid SIM as a backup, but I no longer need it. Tried converting it to prepaid, but I’m being told to wait 3 months 😑 Meanwhile, I’m paying ~₹550/month for a service I don’t even use. This feels unfair. @airtelindia @TRAI @DoT_India

  @Airtel_Presence It’s been 2 days since the concern and I ‘ve heard nothing, what is taking so long., & what about my lost days without internet ??? I want a refund or compensation, how could the usage days be active when your wifi is down, this is the best way to fool a customer @airtelindia

  @Airtel_Presence I paid for a new wi-fi connection from last 4 days but the team who is handling wi-fi services too much negligence and careless. If we call customer care it's also no properly conecting... @airtelindia @airtel wi-fi

  Today I visited @airtelindia mini store at Laketown, Kolkata. Guess what, they told Prepaid SIM is not available from Airtel store. They don't sell it from there !!! That's what duopoly is killing the customer's choice.
