NO seller verification-remediation if customer is duped-help from customer care, we just get scripted answers & have to repeat entire story to whomever we speak at #Flipkart customer care(12/13).

I booked Airtel Xtreme 12 aug but still no one come, I'm calling everywhere (customer care, area service, manager) but no one resolve my problem so i want refund instantly my money and i never recommend to any to choose your network.

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence It's been extremely tiring, consistently reaching out to your head office in Coimbatore on an unresolved issue (data service) for the past 1 year. Representatives there are clearly not giving any kind of clarity as to how to proceed on a issue.

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence How many days you need to splice a broken fiber . I had raised a request on Sunday and its been 4 days now without any response . This is really poor service . When I call the cust care they IVR closes automatically since my request is still open .

Pathetic customer care service by airtel . There is complete apathy to any of the concern for customer grievance. Being an NRI I keep my post paid number active as my Aadhar and otp are all connected to my airtel postpaid number. @airtelindia

The worst part is call getting disconnected due to bad network when you are talking (complaining) with customer care agent regarding your network issues. @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @TRAI
