    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia There was time out issue in broadband connection for around 20 days from Airtel end and waiver is not given till now. Customer care is the worst of Airtel. Could you please give the waiver.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I challenge you to connect to a service agent via dialing 198 in India! I've been on call for like 2 hours now and still my issue hasn't been resolved! And I'm just circling the IVR tree again and again! It's such a nuisance!!! Annoyed as Hell!!!!!!

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @airtelnews Have you tried your IVR... ??? Go to Prepaid option... and try to select anything after that... It doesn't work, same as your useless Broadband and Mobile Network... Don't You have a Quality Assurance Team ???
