  @TrueTaleTech @airtelindia I am facing same scenario for Jio. It's monopoly loot. We as a customer don't have any options. In economy, it's govt role to check if monopoly is building in market or not but here it seems govt is acting blind . And then the data packs are looting kniefs.

  @IndianTechGuide Is @airtelindia in loss? What is the point of extravagant traffic increment every quarter? We hardly notice any infrastructure improvements. Service is pathetic. Internet issues are intermittent. Do you job for god sake @JM_Scindia!

  @airtelindia how to raise a service request for renewal of lost sim. it’s been more than a week since i visted your stores and asked them. Neither 121, 198 Appellate authority is helpful. My father is unable to access his bank and demat account and not able to recover his email

  @imsonali_001 @airtelindia Vi has a comparatively less user base, but the efforts they've been putting up to consistently boost their network is too good. More n more customers switching to Vi will help them become much better & rule out this Airtel - Jio monopoly. Me switching next month, everyone do💯
