    Looks like 16 year association with @ViCustomerCare will now end. As VI does not support #eSIM for Idea series number, I guess time to move towards @reliancejio or @airtelindia

    Dear @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence. Why does it take 7 whole days to merely update an email address on my registered phone number. To get an eSIM now I'll have to wait 7 days to first get the email updated and then the eSIM activation process. Some help for a mere emailid update!

    @Airtel_Presence No use of writing complains as these complains are closed automatically after 2-3 days without any information. U don't ever inform customer about the action taken. U just send sms that your complain has been resolved. Worst service from @airtelindia

Even BSNL and Vi perform better in my area. Poor network and unclear policies have pushed me to switch. @reliancejio, I’m coming.

    Dear @airtelindia , you have increased tarrif. Ok. But the performance is dropping day by day. Especially the 5G and 4G are dropping frequently. Even if it is working, it is going slow. I can see the drop? Time to port??

    @airtelindia @airtelindia daily I'm facing wifi connectivity issues. For more than half of the day wifi is down. blinking orange and red light. Several times i have raised service request. Engineer will not visit and remotely he will say I have checked and wifi will start. Again same issue
