    Shifted from @airtelindia to @ViCustomerCare and than to @JioCare but the network issue and the internet issues remain the same. The services are so pathetic. Just tierd with these private service providers. Never their customer resolves issues, only copy paste replies #trai

    @airtelindia there is no Internet from last 4days and Call CENTER provide standard replies that service will resume within 24 hrs. Allocated services Engineer never visited till date ! This is very pathetic and painful experience. @Airtel! @airtelindia you are forcing to switch.!

    @Airtel_Presence No use of writing complains as these complains are closed automatically after 2-3 days without any information. U don't ever inform customer about the action taken. U just send sms that your complain has been resolved. Worst service from @airtelindia

    Despite of putting a request for MESH 5 days back and been given no updates on it, the technician now says that MESH isn’t available in store . Pathetic service by @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence . If u can’t provide service then why do you even offer ? #airtel #worst #pathetic

    @airtelindia . After 40 hours my internet is still down. Airtel customer care is saying there is no TAT reflecting for resolution. Don't know when my issue will be resolved. Should I shift to other connection. Really frustrated by response.

    @airtelindia For past 5 hours Airtel team is struggling to install wifi connection in Kalyani Nagar Pune. Pl rush tech support. Hv escalated but no luck. Understand backend team has taken a tea break. Only shows lack of commitment.

    If you want loot money then why are you running company. It's not a begger platform.... Looting money from customer irrespective of good/bad service. Need your customer care with human interaction to claim days of stopped service but it's not available. @airtelindia @FibreAirtel

    @airtelindia Disappointed. In Dec, Netflix was upgraded from Basic to Standard without warning or consent. Told it auto-upgraded due to login on two devices. No notification, just unwanted charges added and forced to pay. This feels unfair and misleading. @Airtel_Presence

    For the last three days, I haven't been able to use the Airtel Black services and multiple calls with supervisors have made me believe that thay are sitting there to lie and provide fake promises, once the call ends - nobody is actually working or resolving issue. @airtelindia
