    @airtelindia How many calls must a customer make to get one waiver of a wrong charge? And then due to a an error on your part, a customer has to pay extra charges only so you can refund them later after barring services? Worst customer service experience. switch to @reliancejio

    @Airtel_Presence I am trying to reach out to customer care on 121 and 198 and even dropped email . But no getting reply even after a day. Can you arrange a call back. @airtelindia @airtelnews You have even removed such options to reach out to customer care. This is not good.

    @airtelindia - Tha father of nation Mahatma Gandhi said, Customer is GOD. You not only disrespected me as a customer but also disrespected the philosophy of the father of our nation. I was a happy Airtel customer for 6 years but not anymore.

    @airtelindia Airtel forced me to pay the safe custody amount for the future months even though my broadband service is discontinued this month. Your customer care representative said they can't resolve the issue. Account number - 7014400835.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @airtelnews My sim has not been working for the last three days. I have placed request for a new sim on two occasions and both the times, it's been cancelled for some reason which the customer care is not mentioning.
