@airtelindia Service request no. 31- 3526509703479 I get a message saying issue resolved without any problem being solved. I dont know y the customer service is so pathetic???if u cannot solve it u can tell it upfront so we will do the needful to suit our convenience.

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia It’s been 26 hours that wifi is not working and I have called 7-8 times to the engineer who came last time. He is just saying that is coming in 1 hour but he hasn’t come from last 9 hours. See to it otherwise I would again have to take come action.

Airtel Xstream fibre broadband is not working since morning 8 AM. Pathetic customer service, nobody taking the complaint seriously. They keep on conveying to backend team, do nothing. Complained 5 times on 01144444121. Useless network and management. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence
