  Another example of great service from @airtelindia, just called the engineer and finally he decided to take the call only to answer that “Your problem is not my concern as i do not have your area assigned” where as in your Airtel thanks app his number is mentioned.

  @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Horrible. Payment made 10 days ago for which receipt received both in app as well as mail. The mesh still not installed. Made at least 13 calls, no one knows. Always being told that the issue is being escalated for the past 9 days. Pathetic service.

  @airtelindia Recently took Airtel Broadband connection and within a month it stopped working, complaint raised and 4 a days over still no resolution. Customer care is least bothered, pathetic and worst service

  I opted for @airtelindia airfiber connection, did KYC & payments, got an installation appointment. But installation is not done yet, there has been no response on customer care or email or even airtel store. Neither they refund my paid amount. Pathetic service from @airtelindia
