    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia your customer care sucks. I asked for a replacement set top box, your department raised an upgrade. For existing customers you will not provide replacement new STB, even when customer is ready to pay, why should we get old used box?

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence has hit is lowest in the ages I feel. You cannot just rely on it. Leave mobile data, even the voice breaks on calls. A sincere advice to airtel, Instead of investing on new plans, advertisements, better improve your network quality! #Airtel

    @airtelindia still internet not working. I have logged the complaint multiples time .but not resolve the issue. Every times your team told ,network team working .how much time take to resolve the issue.
