I NEVER asked for DTH! This is COMPLETE negligence + total incompetence from Airtel. Now NO callback AGAIN! HOW IS IT POSSIBLE that buying a NEW SERVICE takes so much of delays? Inspite of repeated complaints there's no solution & u just mark as complaint closed did u even bother to call & ask abt issue?Are we bng taken for granted?

Alby (@alby22052021) reported@Saurabh_Pinch @reliancejio True, It's not just Jio. Switched from Jio to @airtelindia, hoping for better service, but call drops and network issues are almost the same. Also I paid ₹50 in advance for DTH services 2 years ago, and still no update. Indian telecom needs serious improvement.
