  I shifted to a new house and requested Airtel to relocate my WiFi connection. Instead, Airtel is telling me to remove the router myself and bring it to them - even though it is installed at a considerable height. I’m currently out of the city and only my mother is at home. I’m not a technician. How am I supposed to safely remove it? And when I asked Airtel to send their team, their response was: “We won’t do it. You can cancel the connection.” Here’s the shocking part: when I got the connection, Airtel told me that shifting the connection would be THEIR responsibility. Promise the service while taking the customer, then refuse to provide it when the customer actually needs it. This is what Airtel customer service has come down to. @airtelindia - is this your idea of customer service?

  Will never again or recommend anyone for airtel Xtreme wifi. My wifi is off for more than a week there is no one in customer care or anyone to address the issue. Will have close the connection @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

  The latest promised resolution time was today by 1:41 PM. It is now well past that deadline, and there is still no resolution. @airtelindia, this is not the service I expect after paying for a premium internet connection.

  @airtelindia not receiving otp from banks since morning. Tried 3 banks, 3 cards, same thing. Called ur support team, they said, everything is okay; @SamsungIndia support checked & said S25 is okay.Atm, I'm pretty sure your network is the issue. Can you help?

  @airtelindia 24 hours have elapsed. Ported mobile number not yet activated. Custumer Care calls take you on a loop. Only option is to go again to service centre. What is the use????

  @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence number is dnd registered but daily without fail I received 2 to 3 promotional sms where prices r mentioned of service n pack, camouflaged as service, 1909 exc denied to take complaint, mails ids till appellate not responding. This is how pathetic u have been

  @airtelindia Porting to Airtel Postpaid was the biggest mistake i have done. Apprx 2000 rs bill has been paid and yet issue is not solved. Just try again and wait 4hrs or 8 hrs is the statement @TRAI
