Aravind Sekar (@iamaravindsekar) reported@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Some engineers visited around 11pm at night & they said they will fix it at night while they have some urgent cases to attend and since this is just a ripout they said they ll fix it in 2hrs. I said its fine even if its fixed before 9am in the morning. Its 11:30am now.

Aakash Mallik (@malliktwts) reported@cneuralnetwork @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence - No service provider provides truly unlimited. - If you sue them, they can charge you back with a “unfair use of data” because fair use allows 20gb per day and 300gb per month limit. After that the speed falls to single digit Kbps. - Its literally there in the T&C dawg.

The point was that the exact process was never clarified to me. And I was always clear that I wanted disconnection.
