@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I have been bound to write you on twitter cause the Nodal Team and the Appellate Team don’t respond to the E-mails and the issues are still pending. This is not so good effective handling of issues and poor customer satisfaction.

Thanks @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia The issue has been resolved. We keep on requesting for the service visit. Finally the service guys understood tht the issue because of wire cut not because of outage.

I have 4 fibre connections & trust me when I say this, you’ve lost me as a client. Its 2021 & your customer service still has a turnaround time of more than 24 hours. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to opt for your services. Thank you for the inconvenience @airtelindia

@airtelindia airtel broadband is not providing the speed as said. Takes 2-3 mins to load a website. Not able to open Facebook, whatsapp. Worst service.
