@niilampaanchal @airtelindia Yes they have Phd in customer dissatisfaction. I too faced similar situation and frustrated with no response over phone call, I went to their outlet and guess what they didn't care to respond to me even there. Any roadside vendor cares more for their customers than them.

@airtelindia My home BB line got cut. Complained in Airtel store Vignananagar Bangalore. (10024620939). Rep visited & said me next day he would repair but requstd to close the ticket. I didnt .Now he is angry & not repairing. 3 times I called but no response decided to cancel 1 family plan.

hello everyone @airtelindia its been 3 longs years using Airtel on 11 march 2022 my SIM card got corrupted automatically. I don't use another company sim even I don't have any other number. as its Saturday and Sunday so no one is working on my issue. I have been asked to wait??

@airtelindia My home BB line got cut. Given complaint in Airtel store Vignananagar Bangalore. (10024620939). One technician visited heard problem and gone. He said me next day he would repair the line but requested me to close the ticket. But I opened again. Now he is angry & not repairing
