@Airtel_Presence It's been over 2 weeks & my Broadband is not reactivated nor discontinued. Worst customer support service. I would have chosen jio fiber. Please I'm requesting you @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia that either take you Broadband from my home or reactivate it. ASAP

@AxisBankSupport Actually the issue is, the only thing I have from Airtel is reference number. I have no communication from Axis bank regarding application id or anything. And @airtelindia doesn’t seem to respond to anything

@airtelindia claims to be the best network and data services provider, but the reality is far different. Here in our area, we are getting a #2G network for our #4G recharge pack with no internet speed. And they don't have an active customer support number. Legal action is a must.

Worst service from @airtelindia ,@Airtel_Presence solution of every problem is to restart the phone !in the era of high speed internet,they are stuck with EDGE and GPRS.
