Then they didnt give me the dth setup box that comes with it. I just used it till the deposit money was used up by the plan and disconnected it. Horrible experience.

Some Airtel staff said no LAN, some said server issue, others blamed Apple. Apple said it was Airtelβs issue. Airtel finally accepted it was their issue and fixed @airtelindia

The latter has a dedicated SA toggle that is on, but I am still not getting access to Airtel 5G SA despite having SA network active in the Dahanukar. I am experiencing a 5G network issue in Dahanukar Colony from the last two years. The 4G data network is completely disrupted here. However, Airtel refuses to listen. I have been asking them to improve the network since 2023, but they ignore the issue. I also have a postpaid SIM.
