    We Thought To Take The Airtel Black Plan With DTH and BB Of 1099 Plan But In the Thanks Application It is Showing BB Is in ARP Plan Which is Not Eligible. Till 5th April It is Eligible And Now It's Not Eligible and Very Bad Decision Taken by Airtel Black Team. @airtelindia

    @airtelindia Most hopeless service. I am trying to avail services since last couple of days no response from airtel team in thanks app or on Twitter. I regret and am kicking myself for choosing Black. True to its name it is really black. Hopeless program with hopeless staff.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence look into this urgently. Representative Devendra took the payment for the broadband had it installed and has disappeared. Not available to support at all. I still haven't received the invoice/bill for the payment and the promised package.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I have asked your customer service to deactivate my number and he activated some safe custody charging me 250 rs per month. I am out of station and not using my broadband so I want to deactivate it for a month.

    @airtelindia is Airtel going the Reliance Communications way ? Lines not working ! Customer Service not working ! Records are all in a mess ! No reply to complaints ! Bills not being sent ! Substandard equipment being used ! Is it bye-bye time ?
