    We Thought To Take The Airtel Black Plan With DTH and BB Of 1099 Plan But In the Thanks Application It is Showing BB Is in ARP Plan Which is Not Eligible. Till 5th April It is Eligible And Now It's Not Eligible and Very Bad Decision Taken by Airtel Black Team. @airtelindia

    @ACTFibernet The issue is still not solved. How much longer will it take for you resolve the issue? Since our new connection, we have been having at least one issue every month. Why? We are seriously considering shifting to @airtelindia

    @airtelindia Airtel is fraud company helpline is always helpless only 4 hours and 8 hours timelines they can give. I pray to God that this company may get bankrupt soon. Pissed off with the service.

    @airtelindia Before the sale, your salesperson kept messaging me daily to take the connection. But once the payment was made, suddenly customer service doesn’t seem to matter. @airtelindia — If you can’t provide the service, why aggressively push customers to buy it?

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence 3/7 I have contacted Airtel customer care multiple times. Everytime, I am given the same response: “Your request will be cancelled within 24 hours.” 24 hours passed. Then more time passed. Still not cancelled. How many times does a customer have to hear the same 24-hour promise?

    Hi @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia , I am in a 5G covered area with a 5G handset, yet my daily base data limit is getting consumed instead of the unlimited 5G data offer. Kindly look into this network issue and resolve it ASAP. #Airtel5G #Airtel

    @cromaretail @airtelindia pathetic service after waiting for 1 hour at store no one knows about the airtel chroma offer on iPhone pathetic in store service as well at ghodbunder branch customer has some value for time and that should be respected @TataCompanies

    What the heck @airtelindia from last one and the half day my wifi is not working you keep telling in 5-6 hours it will get resolved but still no resolution. Ruined my weekend. And while you will generate bill you gonna sent me alert. And now no resolution

    @airtelindia it’s hard to reach to your customer care executives and bot is not at all helpful , that’s why i am writing here . I have recharged my mobile but it amount deducted twice get me refund asap.
