    We Thought To Take The Airtel Black Plan With DTH and BB Of 1099 Plan But In the Thanks Application It is Showing BB Is in ARP Plan Which is Not Eligible. Till 5th April It is Eligible And Now It's Not Eligible and Very Bad Decision Taken by Airtel Black Team. @airtelindia

    I have already contacted customer care on 198, but no resolution has been provided. Despite paying twice, my number is effectively unusable. This is unacceptable. How can a customer be charged for services that are not being provided? @airtelindia

    @airtelindia raised ticket for wi-fi issue in app.I was given 9th June 9.30-10.30 am. Found that the neigbours too face the issue. Qs: When entire locality faces issue, why airtel could not detect automatically? How do you claim 24x7 service after giving 36 hrs wait time?

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Airtel Wifi wire is cut in my home and I requested Airtel to send technician to fix Airtel wire connection but even are after repeated follow up for more than2 weeks you are not arranging technician at my home. Request id 11030825371 &  11031435772

    @airtelindia @airtelnews @Airtel_Presence What a worst service, my sim stopped working from past one week and multiple times I reached the nearest airtel store. No response. Such a worst service🙏 In this digital world will it takes one week to activate a sim?

    My wife has been trying to disconnect our #Airfiber connection as there is poor connectivity at our home...it was reported last month to disconnect however #Airtel generated bill for it...this time they are constantly harassing with numerous service calls @airtelindia
