We Thought To Take The Airtel Black Plan With DTH and BB Of 1099 Plan But In the Thanks Application It is Showing BB Is in ARP Plan Which is Not Eligible. Till 5th April It is Eligible And Now It's Not Eligible and Very Bad Decision Taken by Airtel Black Team. @airtelindia

@airtelindia Pathetic call centre team ever I have spoken, resource named Pavan hanged the call without resolving issue and did not transfer the call to supervisor after requesting several time as he was not able to understand issue. @DoT_India
