    We Thought To Take The Airtel Black Plan With DTH and BB Of 1099 Plan But In the Thanks Application It is Showing BB Is in ARP Plan Which is Not Eligible. Till 5th April It is Eligible And Now It's Not Eligible and Very Bad Decision Taken by Airtel Black Team. @airtelindia

    @Airtel_Presence By rescheduling without customer's confirmation, you guys can take the system forgranted. Someone has managed time from schedule as per time slot given by @airtelindia & a technician can spoil the entire planning by saying no and rescheduling at his own. @airtelindia is new BSNL

    @airtelindia Wifi is not working despite the premium plan the entire day, tried calling local shop executive and also on customer care number where it's automated but no option to resolve query, what is this poor customer service?

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I am customer of Airtel DTH for last 6 years. Since yesterday night facing trouble in DTH no channels coming. lodged complaint in 121 routine complaint technician will visit but no solution. This shows bad customer service. Urgent action requested
