    We Thought To Take The Airtel Black Plan With DTH and BB Of 1099 Plan But In the Thanks Application It is Showing BB Is in ARP Plan Which is Not Eligible. Till 5th April It is Eligible And Now It's Not Eligible and Very Bad Decision Taken by Airtel Black Team. @airtelindia

    @JioCare Dear @JioCare I was really happy when you fixed the network issues last month. It worked well for 4–5 days, but then the same problems started again. At this point, I can't trust the service anymore. Thanks for your response and efforts, but @airtelindia is providing much better service in my area right now. 👋

    Hello @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence - why no option for account cancellation on your app?? No automated responses lead to it + customer care numbers are unresponsive. What is this unprofessionalism??! Every business is legally obligated to provide an opt-out. Contact me asap. Thx

    hello @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence why you have made it mandatory to have recharge of minimum ₹199 to receive important msgs like adhar otp bank otp etc. why ? there should be facility to have a very minimal amount to resume atleast messaging service

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Airtel's service has become terrible; its network has major issues. Samastipur, Bihar Ward Number 7 Bisanpur bathua Pin code 848115 I request Airtel to send their engineer to this location to check their tower.
