    We Thought To Take The Airtel Black Plan With DTH and BB Of 1099 Plan But In the Thanks Application It is Showing BB Is in ARP Plan Which is Not Eligible. Till 5th April It is Eligible And Now It's Not Eligible and Very Bad Decision Taken by Airtel Black Team. @airtelindia

    @scribe9104 @airtelindia Anupam ji , I have been in corporate life for my full career. The changes which I am now observing that the service department of most of the Indian companies are not up to the mark. Most of them have an automated system for receiving complaints which is really painful.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @AirtelXtream I've spent over 6 hours 45 minutes talking to customer care for one issue. The time, effort, and frustration I've gone through for a simple correction are completely unacceptable.

    My Wifi connection was disconnected and lodged complaint on 1st July. But till now not rectified. Im unable to browse internet from my mobile network because here in my area airtel signals are very poor. So I'm requesting you solve my problem as soon as possible. @airtelindia

    @airtelindia They are still in mode of "looking up in the matter", instead of solving the issue. Seriously, is this your so-called Priority customer service? I shall gladly throw it away if this is the level of customer support I'm to get after being a loyal customer since years.
