We Thought To Take The Airtel Black Plan With DTH and BB Of 1099 Plan But In the Thanks Application It is Showing BB Is in ARP Plan Which is Not Eligible. Till 5th April It is Eligible And Now It's Not Eligible and Very Bad Decision Taken by Airtel Black Team. @airtelindia

By far @HathwayBrdband has One of the worst customer service. Internet cutoffs, no prior intimations, No replies on Calls, and takes hours to solve issues. In short very poor service. Seriously considering of switching to @airtelindia broadband.

@chandan434 Yes, they stopped the recharge of ₹49 from this month & ₹79 now is the lowest option. Here in #Delhi the network of @airtelindia is now a sham, even standing on my balcony I can’t make or receive calls.

Airtel is playing very smart with their customers. They have discontinued SMS services for their recharges till Rs. 149. Also they have hiked their plans. If a customer wants to send messages only, why can't he has basic plan like Rs 10 or 20. @airtelindia #Airtel_Jio_लूट_बंद_करो

Gr8 job @airtelindia for improving ur services frm bad to worse. I was using postpaid service and put deactivation request well before my billing cycle, its taking forever to process my request and moreover I'm billed without using and Now I hv to pay.@VittalGopal
