    @airtelindia My Airtel broadband is not working for 24hours now, the worst part is I can't even complain as they say that the outage will be fixed in 2-3 hours and it never gets fixed. It's been a day now without the internet, yet the issue is unresolved.

    Called airtel customer care for DND activation on my number. They walked me through each and every step on how to activate it.And they called me back 2 times just to confirm if I have successfully activated the service.Switching my primary jio sim to airtel as well. @airtelindia

    2/4 @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence first train your team to work like 5g and then talk about network. It's been 4 days and the shifting rquest is pending but still use the word called we are doing it on priority.. And after 4 day they are asking documents.

    Worst Service by @airtelindia On 16-05-22, I raised request to shift broadband connection with ticket - 10039115490 in morning around 10.30 am. It's being 48 hrs, still not shifted. After calling the customer care, they only say wait for 2 hrs, issue is escalated but no solution

    @movieboxoffice6 @airtelindia what the hell is wrong with you, first u sent wrong name of guy and now someone from gurgaon to Bangalore customer?, Its been 7 days of hell with 10+hrs of calls and waiting. I was on call for 2 hrs today itself. U forced us to recharge for connection.

    Recharged my @airtelindia no. after months for my secondary phone and not getting VoLTE, this is why I never prefer @Airtel_Presence.
