@airtelindia - a person calls from your office seeking bill payment. Offers no employee ID or verification and immediately seeks money via phone banking. Then goes on to block my outgoing calls. I understand, we are late in payment. But we are not stupid.

Only writers are appointed no technical team to attend my issue of frequent data failure with "x" sign in signal bars on mobile. Bad care firm. Ported two airtel phones to bsnl and closed 6 airtel dth in protest.
