    @amlan2208 @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence OMG, Yeah same happened with I paid them well in advance for 3 months plan but it took 20 days for them to give me fresh connection. Later on when issue realted to connectivity started they took 3 – 4 days just to diagnoze where exactly problem is. Pathetic

    @airtelindia Hi, today morning at 11am airtel engineer came to my house and check the airtel box which is placed in front of my house and said "Dialtone is coming and connection will be installed till today evening" now airtel closed my order ..resolve my problem otherwise I take legal action

    @imrdb88 @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Yah. I stopped paying their bills. It's been 4 months now. Though I had warned them on numerous occasions that I will stop paying unless the issue is fixed. Ultimately I ran out of patience. Now I am using another service provider and more than satisfied with their service.
