    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I have my Airtel SIM now in Canada. Inspite of NO ROAMING , I still am billed for it . STRANGE ! And secondly, it shows SOS on the top in the iPhone. 7222991024. You guys just say " looking into it and dont give a damn."

    .@AirtelIndia @Airtel_Presence xtremely disappointed wid ur service! Airtel Black Digital TV (ID: 10101021479476) has bn facing issues & requesting a technician visit via the Airtel app is IMPOSSIBLE. The app only loops you in2 a chatbot that gives NO complaint no. & 0 follow up

    @airtelindia pathetic wifi service It's been two days Since i raised complaint regarding my airtel wifi/broadband connection. Despite repeated follow ups no technician has visited yet and issue remains unsolved please look into this matter and arrange a visit asap

    @airtelindia The new customer service agent when called by the user cannot see the description/issue of the complaint raised by the previous agent, due to which the user has to explain everything once again. This wastes the users time and causes delayed resolution
