    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia My prepaid no 7893914432 had yearly plan. I moved to USA 3 month back and using this number for OTP. All of sudden from last 3 weeks, phone shows no sim error. I tested sim in different phone also but same error. Was sim blocked? Please help.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @DoT_India Hi Airtel just want to all is well. Seems your team on strike or not ready to support. I requested for plan change of My broadband on 1st Jan and it’s still pending. Customer Care they system under upgradation. No reply on email as well.
