    24 hours, and Airtel India Customer Support is not able to solve one minor issue. Poor Support. Beware before you buy a Airtel SIM. They have stopped direct speaking to Customer care executive. Looks like Cost Cutting. @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia

    @TRAI I know you cannot look into each and every concern raised by customers but one request please verify the customer complaints closure numbers from providers. @airtelindia I'm unable to call Citi Bank customer care,shall I port to other provider if u can't solve the concerns?

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence What type of service call and no one helped, please dnt buy airtel Fibernet for installation they will charge 1000 and if service is not worked well they will cancel and they will take that 1000 rs, is it a good service, please don't buy airtel

    Have @airtelindia and shifting houses? Registered a shift request on 7th Jan. Spk to 4 execs, 3 call backs and 5 days later I'm still on my hotspot. Shitty service. A bunch of nincompoops putting on a charade of customer service. Go for @reliancejio @Airtel_Presence
