    Firstly there is no customer care person option to connect. Try to raise issue via Airtel app it runs few checks then nothing.. what i am suppose to do here @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Customer care is saying payment is done (not true) and later again ask to share bank statement, cheque copy and wait for 21 days.frustrating stuff from Airtel, ll they accept same if customer has done this with Airtel. Can some1 help to get my refund
