    @Airtel_Presence I can't watch a movie without constant buffering. 2 years at a stretch (2020 and 2021) I didn't face any issues but suddenly 2022 Jan the @airtelindia broadband network weakens and the organisation doesn't give a ****!!! Brilliant job indeed 🙌

    @airtelindia what the hell is this.. i have been trying to connect with your customer care for half an hour but there is no option on 198 and I am tired of it now When it comes to charge you charge like hell even without informing but there is no option for call

    dear @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence would you care to respond. I have also reported the issue on the airtel thanks app but have not heard from anywhere, it seems you are least bothered to resolve the issue. Hence its best for me to port out.

    @airtelindia pathetic customer service. You employee verified and noted my permanent address when I took your black plan. And now when I want to discontinue your team says that the address is incomplete and hence disconnection request cannot be taken.@jagograhakjago @TRAI

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia whom have you highlighted this to? There is no update from the local team plus your 121 support is clueless about all this. Dedicated Relationship team keeps call on hold and eventually disconnects. This is the current state of your support model. Pathetic.
