  UPDATE: Airtel customer service is ABSOLUTELY STUPID 😤 Called after my IPTV complaint (see previous tweet), they RAISED A DTH REQUEST instead of IPTV! I NEVER asked for DTH! This is COMPLETE negligence + total incompetence from Airtel. Now NO callback AGAIN! HOW IS IT POSSIBLE that buying a NEW SERVICE takes so much of delays?   @airtelnews @airtelindia @airtelindia Customers face instant late fees for payment delays: but when companies deliver poor service, they pay no penalty at all. If you expect us to pay on time, we expect you to deliver on your promises. Fairness should work both ways. More than 2weeks, facing issues.

  @airtelindia My Wi-Fi installation was scheduled for 18 June, but your engineer misled me into sharing an OTP and rescheduled it to 19 June. Now he’s not answering calls, and there’s zero update. I’m flying tonight. Stop harassing customers and fix this immediately! Unacceptable

  @airtelindia It has been 1 day and my phone is showing "No Service." Forget about 5G,even 2G is not working. It seems you are only focused on earning money from users while providing no service at all. Whether the service quality is poor or not is a secondary issue—the network is completely 0

  @bhartinews @airtelnews @airtelindia My connection 10101023670624 is a case of harassment. Rqstd cancellation, but ur team forced shifts tht failed repeatedly due to ur own tchncl issues. Now, I’m being billed & fined for a service I asked to stop months ago. Pls resolve this.
