    Airtel sucks, their network and 5G is horrible. Everytime you raise a request they close it without doing anything. In a place like Hyd they are poor imagine in rural areas. @airtelindia

    @airtelindia My broadband has been non-functional and despite repeated complaints, the issue remains unresolved. Now Airtel has responded to my DoT complaint DOTEL/E/2026/0049932 claiming that I confirmed that “all network parameters are working fine.”

    @airtelindia how do I talk to a human being who actually understands issues? Your AI customer support might be the worst out there. I've paid a bill but it's not reflecting and I want to dispute the followup therefore. Just allow a customer to raise a complaint already please
