  I cancld my addon services from @airtelindia using app, got a msg after 2 days, that my service has been renewed. I tried calling customer care, ivr on every submenu keep on presenting my current bill details and at end of sub menus of 5-6 levels it asked raise complaint on app

  @Airtel_Presence What about the compensation,wifi is down since 15 days it’s unacceptable, worst thing, if the service is down from your end why do you charge your customers, enough Is enough.   Every time, the issue is just passed to an engineer who never responds or resolves anything. This is highly unprofessional and frustrating. Because of this negligence, I was forced to switch to another service provider. @AirtelIndia — Is this the level of service you provide?

  This is the reality of Reliance Jio service: Recharged → shifted home in 3 days → waited 7+ days for relocation → no installation Result? Full month recharge wasted because of your delay. Cancelled and switched to @airtelindia fiber. @JioCare #WorstService #Jio

  @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I have postpaid connection, with 3 family plan , Iam following up with the customer care as I have problem of call drop as well as internet drop very frequently every 10 - 16 min, No response from ur chatbot, I feel it is dummy, Poor, bill is full.
