  @airtelindia My family had raised ServiceRequest 144545597 for error Storage Space out on TV for Airtel DTH connection. The service Engineer visited and says he would NOT call NOC team to get this resolved, so pay me 900 INR for new SettopBox!! I have this conversation recorded.

  @airtelindia I am trying to raise a request to shift my wifi connection but the system is now allowing me, stating that there is an open order. I am unable to cancel the open order and I am following up with the customer service for more than 4 days on this. I am without an (1/2)

  @airtelindia Pathetic service. I've been trying to reach customer support, but your chat doesn't even work. Also, the Wi-Fi installation team keeps giving me different installation dates every time I follow up. Extremely disappointing experience.
