@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence The set top box lags and get stuck in between sometimes. I need to switch it off from plug and then switch it on to get it up and running. How to fix it? Also, the wire from antenna is not fixed properly. Please send someone to fix it.

Disappointed with the @airtelindia DTH services. There is no clear validity mentioned in the website. And if we request in the website then customer service explaining the plan with 6 month validity but the same cannot be booked in website. @Airtel_Presence.

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence If any one getting message like 'validation of your documents could not be completed successfully' while SIM activation, this isn't mean problem in you document. There might be problem in, how your data is entered in application by representative.
