@Airtel_Presence First you guys asked for the contact number but no call came from Airtel to the given Mobile number and then copy pasting the same response in the chat box @airtelindia don't loot the customer money in this way.

@airtelindia is becoming poor day by day, and to make millions of money they need gard earned money from customers.Previously we used to send sms from main balance and no extra recharge was required. But now we need to recharge Rs.99 to activate sms.What a shame. @Airtel_Presence

@airtelindia Very sad the way your customer executives and supervisors are handling my postpaid number billing issues. Have been continuously following up with the team , but still no one has resolved my complaint. Awaiting the issue to be fixed asap, so that i can port out asap.
