    @airtelindia @AirtelServ30428 Worst business corporate services from Airtel - never use them for a business account. Been 3 weeks to activate a number and now been over 4 days to replace a lost SIM Card for the CXO of a company. Minus 5* service. @AirtelBusiness

    @airtelindia Your customer service is good for nothing just close it. I am trying to connect to a customer executive related to a unlimited 5g issue but all I get is useless chatbots repeating the same things again and again. When dialing 198 it's of no use, it says press 1 for prepaid, when I press 1 it doesn't accept and keeps on moving forward with other options... @airtelindia

    @airtelindia @airtelnews Nothing has been resolved yet. It has been more than 15 days. Even Airtel executives are not able to help me out. All customer care executives are saying same thing that it will be resolved by tomorrow. No one has provided the solution yet. It's so frustrating @Airtel_Presence

    @airtelindia You guys are shameless, poor on customer care. Everytime I open your app for the recharge my lowest plan is not shown at all, I have to search it every time. I hope this company will be closed soon. Is it necessary to upsell every month?
