@arunbothra @airtelindia complaints regarding slow network connection gets closed automatically without any resolution. When I reopen it, that also gets closed automatically without any resolution. And the cycle continues each time I raise a complaint.

@airtelindia an agent came over today on an 'automatically triggered issue' when nobody had asked, entered our apartment and amazingly improved our internet speed from 250mbps to 9mbps, citing 'cable issues' that did not exist until he arrived. What customer service👏🏻 Hats off.
