And I have seen so many people sharing their stories about how your customer care calls them on the pretext of solving issues but as soon they hung up, they end up getting charged for toolkits they never asked for.

@VittalGopal Respected Sir, it has been 2 mnths since I got a stable BB cnction. I have raised this several times, and wthn 24 hrs it breaks again. It is becoming very difficult to mnge online schools and office with such patchy work. Pls help @airtelindia
