    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I applied for airtelfibre connection on 9june After multiple calls, on 3july they told it can't be done so i asked for a refund, it was to be done by 10 july And even after multiple requests/calls, they couldn't even do that Plz Help @consumerforum_

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Worst worst worst customer service. I had a problem with my Sim card not registering on network suddenly. As I live in Dubai I seemed their help through Twitter and its been a month, nothing has been taken care of. They dint provide me a solution

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia All they do is to reply from different user asking the same questions and once it got exhausted they are asking me to wait from different user for almost a month now. Guys trust me I have never seen a worst customer service.

    @airtelindia facing lot of network issue while incoming calls. I'm receiving the call but voice not coming. This is happening 10-15 times a day ok avg. Unable to connect to some numbers. Takes too much time for connecting.
