Hello @airtelindia do you even Have separate Customer service Platform for Broadband Connection? For new connection there are so many Option, but to raise a Complaint or Cancel the subscription, i couldn't find any! @Airtel_Presence

I am fedup with airtel postpaid service. Airtel will offer many services and facilities before taking connection.but these services are useless and u will be irritate when u need service. This is my experience. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @airtelnews

Airtel network in villages area like Siddharth nagar,Uttar Pradesh is nothing just a **** , even you can't chat on whatsapp properly with Airtel and on the other hand network like jio is giving good speed in same village . Time to port to jio. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence
