You take 3 months to resolve simplest of issues till then the consumers have to bear the limitations.

But some time back I had an issue with 4G data which lasted for 3 months and I had to bear cost for those 3 months without even getting to use internet. Now b4 15 days of due date you give reminder calls is ridiculous.

Pehle 4G ka stable signaling and speed kardo. 5G ka naam se phir packages bada dega aap but same 2G network. On the other hand your competitor will boast something new 5GG but same scene as 4G at the end.
