    Selected channels on airtel dth and confirmed b4 31st Jan'19. Still it is showing all channels. When I went back to URL it says to select the package again. CC never picking up calls, after 7min of wait call gets disc. I've the screenshot of ref # @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia

    @airtelindia Have selected some Channels, but the DTH Set-top box has a mind of its own - selected channels not working, some FTA channels not working . Customer Care numbers not going through. Total chaos !!

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia worst service I could expect from Airtel DTH service, I have already selected the channels and submitted it twice by scanning the barcode on 2 Feb, but the plan has not been implemented till now. Customer care service doesn't have any knowledge.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence The least you can do is BLOCK spam calls from property firms. They are as annoying as your (lack of) network. One more day of this and you will go down by one 10 plues years customer.
