    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia if my bill payment is overdue by a day your agents can call & remind but who gives them the authority to interrogate asking me the reason why payment is not done. Basic training of courtesy for your agents can go a long way in customer satisfaction.

    @airtelindia @gopalvittal Wrong sales commitment. Confirmed multiple times with your sales guy about fibre connectivity feasibility at my place, before taking connection. Later today, technical team confirmed non feasibility. Now service team is not taking any action for refund.

    You just cannot rely on @airtelindia for their services. Since morning mobile and Internet n/w in my area is down. Worst is, if try to connect their cust. service, there is no human to respond only IVRS. Don’t know why they want to roll out #5G when their #4G service is so bad.

    @CNBCTV18Live, @airtelindia, @_soniashenoy since the last few days CNBCTV18 Live TV has stopped streaming on AIRTEL Fiber, but works properly when switched to RELJIO. Is this a software patch problem or designed by CNBCTV18 as a specific unique offering to RELJIO customers ONLY?

    @airtelindia has good internet (when it works) but manages to go offline every 2 months for more than 24 hours. What was supposed to be fixed in 3-4 hours has gone past the 28 hour mark and still no internet. Poor show!

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia you have been the worst service provider. First your salesperson sells airtel fiber broadband. But when technician visits, he says sorry it is not possible to install at your location. When I claim for refund there is no response. Pathetic service
