    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence The least you can do is BLOCK spam calls from property firms. They are as annoying as your (lack of) network. One more day of this and you will go down by one 10 plues years customer.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence You are handling the migration to new tariff regime for cable TV by @TRAI really poorly. Facing major issues selecting packs online through the portal. Cust care constantly saying technical problems your end. Stuck in transition without any solution

    @airtelindia why most of my channels not working I had put 2-3 mails since yesterday and no revert from your end. This is not acceptable. The service provided is not up to the mark.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia worst service I could expect from Airtel DTH service, I have already selected the channels and submitted it twice by scanning the barcode on 2 Feb, but the plan has not been implemented till now. Customer care service doesn't have any knowledge.

    Selected channels on airtel dth and confirmed b4 31st Jan'19. Still it is showing all channels. When I went back to URL it says to select the package again. CC never picking up calls, after 7min of wait call gets disc. I've the screenshot of ref # @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Web portal is glitchy and channel 998 on your service does not work. I am paying for a pack that all of a sudden got inactive today and customer care is as usual clueless #AirtelDTH #Problem #poor #custcare

    @airtelindia Have selected some Channels, but the DTH Set-top box has a mind of its own - selected channels not working, some FTA channels not working . Customer Care numbers not going through. Total chaos !!

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @Airtel I raised the broad band complaint yesterday. No 1 came but later it started to work. Today your engineers forcefully came even though i told them that the broadband is working but still they came. and destroyed whatever it has started to work
