    Airtel has now became the worst in the services, area-400074, I am skeptical what are they doing now to improve their call drops and data services giving me feel 2g! I am also pissed of with your services very soon m going to switch other operator! @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

    Hi @airtelindia I have already paid my postpaid bill on Dec 31 for the month of December,then y am I still getting irritating automated voice message before every call telling me to pay...This is utter nonsense & troublesome for the customer..Kindly investigate asap..

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I can atleast say #Jio that ur internet speed is low at my current residence, bt I can't say same thing in ur case Bcz ur service is worst than Jio in Global City, Virar West. In my current flat there is no network at all for #Airtel... plz help.

Always need to Communicate through valid email id if not satisfied, calls are hopeless if complaint no not issued. #Airtel must inform changes in plan through email & take prior confirmation.

We really do not understand what world class service means, that's why treated as cattle class.

    Its funny @airtelindia customer care says iphone 6 can be pared with apple watch 3 cellular but Iphone XR not compaitable. @reliancejio is it compaitable in JIO i will port out from airtel and join @reliancejio #sofoolish

    @safiranand @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence It's true Airtel is worst in terms of Network .I stay in Central Delhi and very oftenly the calls get drop and most of the time my number comes not reachable if I stay inside my house that want I should always stand in balcony only.I lodged complaint also but no solution.

    @safiranand @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence This is surprising. Airtel seemed to be the only network that worked well when I moved to US. Even in transit, my phone was the only one(among fellow travelers) that worked in Europe. I am still using my Airtel number and it works just fine.
