Dr Sumeet Shah (@DrSumeetShah) reported@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I have raised a request for stopping the Wi Fi connections 011100412704_dsl and 011100416062_dsl as the premises they are installed on is closing down. I am repeatedly getting Airtel Calls asking about the reason for closure or possibility to shift. I don't want any shift, nor is there any grievance. That location is shutting shop. Simple. Please help in disconnection and the service technician can take back the modem.

Installation cancelled on 9 May due to service unavailability in my village, but refund still not received. Support says they tried calling, but I received no call/SMS and my number is active. Please process refund ASAP.
