    Each day you send so many spam messages, and the important parts are not communicated. Suddenly I get an sms ₹649 plan is activated. Sms and a shock at the same time. I feel cheated and scammed. I didn't opt in for any service or plan @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia

    Dear @narendramodi ji, @airtelindia - people need to make urgent calls. If you make them listen to silly messages (like posting selfie with flag) before making any call please know that it could be a matter of life and death for someone. Worst thing is people cannot skip.

    @airtelindia Despite having your broadband service in my city Lakhimpur, UP, I am not able to get that. I have been calling you guys since last year, but every time get that "connection point is not nearby my home". Please do something. I am doing WFH so I need this.

    @Airtel_Presence we are facing worst service of airtel in our society, i done 6 month payment advance and due to issue we need to close our connection. We talked with customer care about refund and everybody told me that refund is proceed within 45 day @TRAI @airtelindia

    @airtelindia worst experience with airtel broadband even after 1 month repepating the same **** again and again l, cant even provide the connection nor refund, to all the folks in @hyderabad stay away from airtel, worst service with new connections.
