    From last 30-40 days mobile data network is poor on @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence i have finally decided to port. I hope at least now @Airtel_Presence will now revert and actually care about customer service.

    @airtelindia Dear airtel Many times resitered complaint regarding network and data not working . Complaint closed without any resolution and also without my consent. Costumer care service is very cheap and 3rd class .n/1

    @airtelindia Complaint no. 4532384915 ur agents r missing deadlines again n again and the issue doesn't seem to get resolved.... And they don't have courtesy to even inform customer.....thts AIRTEL BLACK for me...is it really worth giving such fancy names and a dabba of a service
