  We file a complaint from last 3 days regarding our airtel wifi connection it's not working yet we called on customer care and they said our representative will be come tomorrow but now it's been 3 days now @airtelindia very poor service you are giving.. sorry to say.

  @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence My Airtel Wi-Fi issue has not been resolved, yet Complaint No. 11014980057 was closed without my consent. I am still facing the same problem. Additionally, I am unable to reopen the complaint, register a new complaint, or connect with customer care

  @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Almost 48 hours and Airtel WiFi is still not working. What a pathetic example of customer service. You keep launching "priority support" while failing to provide basic internet connectivity. False promises, zero accountability. Have some shame.

  @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I am using the ₹979 Unlimited 5G plan, yet I receive daily 50% data usage alerts. I've already raised complaints, but the issue remains unresolved. Please fix this ASAP, or I'll be forced to switch to another network.

  Worst porting experience with @airtelindia and their team. My porting request initiated on 10th may is still open. Even worse since last 2 days, my Vi network has stopped but no Airtel network. I can’t pay, can’t login, and no calls. Will go back to Vi.

  Internet down for 3 full days and @airtelindia is completely useless. Support team has no answers, only "we'll resolve it soon". Technician ghosting calls. Paying full bill for zero service. Is this how Airtel treats customers? Extremely disappointed. #AirtelProblems
