@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia every time I have made a complaint, they have arbitrarily closed it on there own without resolving the issue and checking with me. Now, they don't even ask for the Happy code and simply close the complaint.

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia nobody visits to check the issue and they simply request to reschedule visit and ultimately no one from technical team turns up. After that, the complaint is closed at @airtelindia (punjab) end without intimation or resolution.
