    @airtelindia Your service is extremely pathetic. I’ve been facing network coverage issues and frequent disconnections for the past 3 months on my WiFi. Despite raising complaints, your field officer visited and promised to replace my WiFi router, but it’s been two weeks passed.

    @airtelindia I’m using Airtel NSA 5G (3500 band), but my daily data is still getting deducted like normal 4G usage. This defeats the whole purpose of unlimited 5G. Kindly clarify why data is being consumed despite active 5G coverage. Expecting a quick resolution. @airtelindia

    Poorest example of airtel shifting services Request raised on 04th Apr but still wifi is not working, customer care are making fool and making their bills. When i asked for permanent disconnection they are not agree to do the same. Very poor @airtelindia

    @airtelindia @AirtelServ30428 This is happening since last 24 hours. And Airtel Black dedicated customer care response is that this has happened because my TV was switched off. Such is the pathetic nature of customer care services and their professionalism.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence When will my postpaid issue be resolved. If my services were not active and no outgoing calls and internet were there ? Why was the bill generated for 2 month ?

    @airtelindia @airtelnews @Airtel_Presence I contacted Airtel customer care, but they are not helping customers. I want to cancel my Airtel number. I want to switch networks, but they are playing dramas now. The disconnection team is not available and they are not calling back.

    1/3 goes on show the quality of customer care agents @Airtel_Presence has got, with zero knowledge, reading responses with no connection to questions asked. They don’t even know if the PIN code has optical fibre of Airtel!Seems like a ploy to generate new connection @airtelindia

    @Airtel_Presence The same issue has started to occur again, I have also raised a complaint the airtel thanks app but they never fix the problem. Please look into this matter @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia
