    @nkshandilya @JioCare @airtelindia Also, the engineers that come for home visit are told to just show the speed at that very minute, not care about dropping internet by the engineers that are on call with them. They really don't actually want to help the customers.

    @airtelindia Very poor service of Airtel in my current location and i was trying to complain regarding network issues but wasn't able to do it through Airtel app and others. The Internet didn't work from last 40 Hours and also had issues with connecting the calls. Please help me

    @nkshandilya @JioCare @airtelindia The internet never worked properly. It kept on dropping so in less than a month i put in a request to disconnect and uninstall the services. They disconnected it at that very minute bt no1 has come for device collection evn though they schedule appointment, no refund hs been prov

    @airtelindia makes big promises but does not know how to handle their customer. Complaint raised on 18th Oct and still not resolved. Billing team does not care to call. Charging for services not working

    @airtelindia I had raised relocation request, CS says it will be done by today at 10:00am. And then update the timeline by more than 2 days without asking. Now I am not able to connect with CS. And there is no option to cancel subs. @DoT_India take action against this.
