They say when the international roaming was enabled there was an SMS sent I respond saying I did not receive can you resend, Airtel team says they cannot resend it Wow what a great service @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia

@airtelindia very very disappointed in you and with you guys. My SIM crashed so I spoke to the representative and he advised to Simswap and it’s been 24+ hrs it’s not activated. Very sad. Missing important calls and no help from your side. #opennetworkmyfoot
