@airtelindia It's been more than one month, and still I have not received my refund amount (Airtel account number 20002619759). I have mailed more than 5 times with bank statements and registered a complaint but still have not received a refund.

@ruhan231 @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Airtel does not register complaints to resolve your issues. They do it just to close it within a few days without doing anything. You get it registered again and the same cycle follows.

Hello @airtelindia, your customer executives keep saying "Aapka feedback humein behtar banata hain" but I doubt that. I have been complaining for issues with my broadband for 4 days now but there has been no action taken and the executives just keep creating new complaints.

2. @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia but no one came to fix my Wifi. They atleast 10 times promisedme that my Wifi will get fix. But my WiFi is still not working. Even today they told me that it will get fixed at 11 but now they are saying they will take 24 more hours.
