    I want to stick to @airtelindia as 5G connectivity is poor in my locality, while I travel in train. 5G network should also improve. I can't take official call in @MicrosoftTeams using Airtel 5G connection. I can't listen to friends but they can't listen to me. Voice gets chopped.

    @airtelindia Have been trying to unbundle a Black subscription. No luck with your customer care; spending 15 min everytime and keep listening to your IPL promotions. The airtel thanks app doesn't work. Doesn't take the request. 1/2

    @airtelindia @joydeepmullick Same story here — wrong bills, zero response, @airtelindia has become the definition of unaccountable. This kind of greed and neglect is exactly what killed giants like Nokia. With pathetic customer service and a careless attitude, Airtel is walking the same path to downfall

    Worst decision ever - switching from Airtel to Jio. Network quality @JioCare is terrible and now I’m stuck for 90 days before I can port again. Huge regret. @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I’m coming back as soon as I can.

    Airtel AirFiber service has been consistently unreliable. If the modem is turned off and switched back on, the connection doesn’t restore for hours—sometimes up to 3 hours. For a service marketed as high-speed and dependable, this level of downtime is unacceptable @airtelindia
