Dear @airtelindia I am getting only 1 MB download speed. This shows how good service you are providing. You also increased your prices but still not giving service that you should give. I have complained many times but didn't get any response or improvements.

@airtelindia : You staff member fraudulently converted my VI postpaid pre-paid number to postpaid even though I don't need it. I can't convert it back until 90 days. Please stop cheating customers. Even after several complaints, I have not received any resolution.
