    Hey @airtelindia , requested a connection shift for July 4th Req No- 10985155631. Called customer care 4 times since yesterday, but only getting "wait 4 hours" loops in reply. No supervisor or technician has contacted me till now. Please get the connection shift done ASAP, or else I will have to get a connection from another company.

    Such a shameful service I’m fed up with the non sense of @airtelindia. It is disgusting to see as nobody bothered to install fibre connection which the payment was done two days before. Even the executive who collected payment isn’t responding to calls repeatedly

    As an Indian citizen, I expect accountability from both @airtelindia and the authorities responsible for protecting consumers. My complaint was raised on 2 Jul, with resolution promised by 3 Jul, 6 PM. My Wi-Fi is still down. @JM_Scindia @DoT_India #ConsumerRights #Airtel

    @airtelindia Nothing in app to raise complaint. All in bhakti mode. Since last 4/5 days my daily data balance is extinguishing rapidly without such enormous use. Even last week things were normal. What's the catch ??
