Customer care keeps “escalating” with no action. Technician not responding at all. Is this how you treat new customers?

Shubham (@varsubham) reported@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I booked AirFiber connection via some call executive. He said the available slot for installation is today morning. Its been the whole day, i tried calling but no answer. This is such a poor service. I am very disappointed
