@airtelindia Your customer services is realy pathetic. I talked to your advisors 10 times for a simple query. Still i didn't get any answer and my issue not resolved. Its realy shame.

@airtelindia @DoT_India @TRAI TRAI won't respond to consumer complaints and DoT might come up with the standard bot-like "Your complaint has been fwded to the concerned TSP" and wash off their hands off the matter completely. Corporates in India irrespective of the party in power can get away with anything.

After double digit number of years of being Airtel heavy, I am porting out. It's due to non performance of network & bad / indifferent customer support I am going towards competition - one number after another. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Be proud. Give your folks a raise.
