@airtelindia @FibreAirtel Have applied for fibre connection along with DTH. Installed on 5.5.26 but DTH settop box has some issues. They assured to come back next day with new one. But after they are not responding to my calls. Pathetic service.

The people of our village are very thankful to Airtel for taking this initiative to improve communication facilities in our area. However, the tower installation work appears to be incomplete, and the network services have not yet been activated. Due to the lack of proper mobile network and internet connectivity, the residents are facing difficulties in communication and online services. Therefore, we kindly request you to complete the remaining installation procedures and activate the network services as soon as possible. We also request you to consider installing and enabling 5G equipment and services instead of 4G, which would greatly benefit the villagers with faster and better connectivity for future needs. @airtelindia the internet would completely stop working. Imagine paying premium prices in 2026 and still not being able to use internet during a call like it’s the stone age. I went to the local Airtel customer care office to complain.
