@airtelindia I am sorry to note essential services like toll free number is blocked in airtel connections I am unable to call any of my bank toll free number , tatasky number etc . It's very customer unfriendly effort of airtel . Have to port my number only for this . @TRAI

I had severe network issue, my phone was on zero network for nearly 1.5 months. I registered a complaint on the customer care and also visited the Airtel store. I was assured that my issue will be solved within 10 days of registration of complaint @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

I received a text message on 23 November 2020 stating that the complaint filed my me on 16 October 2020 has been resolved. Now Airtel has issued a bill of Rs 592.36 for the period for which there was no network on my phone. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

Again, I relied on false promise of Airtel. The customer care executive suggested me to take a plan of higher amount and told me that this would solve my network issue. I was shocked to see how Airtel is promoting rich-poor disparity. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence
