@airtelindia I am sorry to note essential services like toll free number is blocked in airtel connections I am unable to call any of my bank toll free number , tatasky number etc . It's very customer unfriendly effort of airtel . Have to port my number only for this . @TRAI

@ViCustomerCare I have a Mumbai SIM from @airtelindia which is damaged. Currently abroad, cannot travel immediately, Airtel is refusing to issue replacement without visiting India. Can you give me new SIM with same nr ported? will have all ID docs, attested & POA for collection.
