@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia team, the engineer mentioned backend may I know what the hell is backend issue. Technical person is was not professional he hung up saying backend issue. Do I need to beg every one to get this issue resolved. Worst tech team, worst customer support

@airtelindia wrost service provider ....I called there customer care more then 6 times for xtream service in a month but they even dont have any idea about whats going on with the network.Poor techinical support!

@airtelindia When a person wants to leave your network he needs to recharge with Rs 149 pack (i.e unlimited pack) to message requesting porting code. Why would I need to spend Rs 149 for single porting request message.

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Filed complaint on 25 th of this month ...no response even after 7 days. When my other Sims jio and vi has immediate phone call customer service why not with Bharathi Airtel? Will you suggest port to other network?
