    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I am not able to use broadband from few days as it keeps disconnecting even while the diagnose option on airtel app shows that internet is working. Also I am not able to raise a service request from app as it always ask to call 121. Please help!!

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I just had my #Airtel Fiber BB issue fixed a couple of days ago and today for the past 30 minutes entire #Airtel coverage is gone. Voice, cellular data, Fiber BB everything is gone. WHAT’s GOING ON? I’m using another network’s hotspot to post this.

    Shame on @airtelindia . Broadband provider are charging bill of 30 days. we are paying bill every month of 30 days but due this connection issues we get broadband services for 25-26 days a month. then why the customer should pay bill of 30 days if we get such interrupted service.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia The issue seems to have been resolved after a night’s complete outage. Request you to strengthen your infra as much as possible, as it seems too overwhelmed to support such a large user base.

    @airtelindia Really disappointed with #airtelblack service. I am existing postpaid subscribers with family plan. Opted for #airtelblack with broadband and was told first month is free. Got first bill, full charges applied!!
