    Hey @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Pathetic customer service IVR options + Airtel mobile app There's no option to add a new Airtel coupon code. One needs to punch in 20 numbers, wait for 3.5 min and when you do get connected to a rep, he disconnects the call!

I think there is cause to prepare a class action suit against @airtelindia for fraudulent behaviour that is in violation of TRAI guidelines
