Hey @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia , moving to airtel was seamless. Got my SIM card delivered at home. But getting a duplicate sim for my postpaid conn is difficult. Apparently i need to visit a store. Why an existing, that too a postpaid customer should miss this facility?

@airtelindia i am being charged for static ip service over n over again even though i had deactivated this service in month of march. i have requested to correct up the billing but i am yet to receive a solution even after three months of complaining.
