    @airtelindia I have an airtel black connection, it's been more than 3 weeks that i had paid for an additional wifi extender/mesh router and till date nobody has come to install the same. i have complained 3-4 times regarding this since last few days and still there's no solution.

    @airtelindia UPDATE (1 hour after my previous post): Internet still DOWN. No response. Just dialed 011-44444121 and 011-44444198 —along with 121. NONE of them register option 2 for Wi-Fi query. Your IVR is completely broken and ignores valid inputs. You harass customers 50x a day for payments but can’t fix basic connectivity or your own support system? Fix this RIGHT NOW. Restore my internet and give me a confirmed resolution time #AirtelFail #AirtelDown #FixItNow

    @airtelindia neem ka patta kadwa hai airtel s.. badwa hai. been 2 days, 5G ain't working and my daily data is being used and then boom 2g even though I have full 5g coverage and phone too you dumbass wtf is this???? @airtelnews @bhartiairtelfdn

    The worst fiber connection provider is @airtelindia Wifi down for the last one week, two days back it's restored and given the otp, now again the connection disconnected. chatbot replies with the same message every time. SR - 11032456159

    @airtelindia no response from Airtel wifi is gone since 2 days in nanded raised request via app but no response has no customer care number to reach chatbot in app is useless only thing working is reminder of upcoming wifi recharge

    Dear @airtelindia you all are faking ur Internet speed,U force customer to recharge 5g pack then u give speed of 2G internet why ?? Rply and i am sharing my latitude longitude to you please send your network engineer and fix this issue , even i am not able to browse a simple page
