@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Still facing the same issue. Fiber service remains down for hours daily. And when vendor is contacted he gives excuse that upgradation work to 5G is going on that's why it's down.

@airtelindia its been worst experience, after I shifted from prepaid to postpaid. During the call , afterc10 to 15 sec , voice from the other side stops. Sometimes even from the starting of the call. Very very poor service.

@airtelindia sim is not getting detected as of there are no networks since last 15 hours. Upon requesting a service request I got a message saying that it will take 15 days to fulfill request. Am suppose to be without any network for 15 days? #AirtelDown
