@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I did the recharge on 21st april but the recharge failed yet my money was deducted from my account . I have registered an complaint regarding refund but it was closed from your side without any reason and neither I got the refund till date.

It's sad to see how badly the service of @airtelindia is degraded. For issues with my set top box and raised service request. Took 2 technitian and 7 days just to partially resolved the problem. Replaced my old box with another old one with different customer account (1/2)
