@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence our Ref. no. 122665511 for STB issues has been assigned to Service Engineer Deepak Sharma (7873971891) for resolution. But till now it's has not been done. We have escalated this matter to another engineer - Biswajeet, but nothing happened so far.
