    @airtelindia @TRAI Internet down again for “servicing” in Mumbai. This keeps happening way too often. Pretty unfair that there’s no compensation for all this downtime. The whole airtel experience is so frustrating - your customer care no. doesn’t work as intended, no way to reach out to an agent through the airtel app and no upfront notice for the inconvenience.

    7 days out of the last 9 days there is no internet from @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia This is daylight robbery. Just dropping a message every morning that Airtel will be down for 6 hours & getting lost. While customers pay full price for the internet. This is scam. Refund the last bill to me. @airtelindia

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence hello sir my mobile is 5g get airtel 5g networks then why my daily data is deducted. I port my sim from jio to airtel recently but i get very bad experience in Airtel support.I wait to for 90 day,so i port back my sim to jio.

    @JioCare @airtelindia (1/2) People say "Customer is King", but these 3 years of internet service from @JioCare were like torture—humiliating and frustrating. I was treated as if they were doing me a favor by letting me use their service every time there was an issue.

    Dear @airtelindia like you take followups for your pending bills using phone calls from your executives then for Customer Service why you dnt allow to connect with call center and divert us on Chat Bots.Which is more harrasment rather than support. You providing services to Humans not to Robots. @jagograhakjago @PMOIndia

    Hi @AirtelIndia, @Airtel_Presence after relocating my Xstream Fiber, the old router hasn’t been collected. Customer care couldn’t help. Please arrange pickup or confirm if I can dispose it. I don’t want disputes later after i have discarded it

    @airtelindia @iamRashmika This is unacceptable. Google One benefit Not removed permanently and even after raising a ticket ZERO resolution. No accountability updates. Escalating this further your backend support is failing customers badly. Fix this NOW #PoorService
