@airtelindia despite repeated reminder airtel has not settled/refund my advance payment for broadband connection, which i discotinue after poor service. It is four month now and despite reply of processsing of refund amount my refund is not process. Either you refund amount.

@ViCustomerCare @airtelindia I have ported from vi postpaid to Airtel, I received a message from Airtel an outstanding amount of Rs 45.57 is due from the vi operator kindly pay it. So I paid Rs:45.57 in vi app. the Airtel network is disconnected kindly resolve the issue asap
