Don't use Airtel It's the worst network carrier. I bet 2G is better than its 5G and 4G i have raised a complain on 8th Oct and its still under process. This is the worst company i have seen till date. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @airtelnews Use any network provider NOT AIRTEL.

@airtelindia The worst experience of Airtel fiber. Such poor service and no response from the team. Also cheated, took advance payment of around 4 months whereas it was dealt for a month free on coupon and free installation.

@airtelindia @airtelnews this is the drawback when one agrees to your request to deal on DM. Either you donot bother or you close the case, which you have done again without going into the problem. Mat I request Airtel to open my case and address properly

@airtelindia it's been 18 hours since my xtreme fiber internet is down, and even though I have airtel black which promises immediate resolution and dedicated service, I haven't received any resolution or even updates. Its been 15 hours since I raised the complaint through app.
