    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia - Ported from Jio to Airtel and today Airtel network is displaying. However, the person who handled this porting for me has his phone switched off and i am unable to use as they collected 300 for recharge. Is there any other way to use my phone?

    Why would I even pay for a service that I am not using? Or is this how @airtelindia issues bills to every other customer? I really need the issue resolved now. I need a clear cut explanation for the bills issued and I want the cancel the connection at home.

    I am in trouble in 3days in this area or say rural area your network is down...@airtelindia Once time your network is so good in all area but now this time your network is not working properly specially rural area Ballia so check and any type of issues so please be resolved.
