@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia you guys are shame on the name of telecom industry. For what we are paying ? I can use Internet only 20 days in a month. Rest of days we are badly struggling to get proper network. After several complaints I got only false promises.

@airtelindia This is the worst provider. Everymonth they are activating extra booster packs with our concent and taking lots of extra money in the bill. Calling to the complaints dept is also useless. They are just looting us.

@airtelindia I need to disconnect my broadband connection. Unfortunately there is no option to do that on your app. The customer care number 121 isn’t helpful. There is no option on the IVR that helps with disconnection. Please help with the same. Broadband no: 08094638979_kk
