    @TRAI There are dead zones where mobile network drops QoS values. Right now we r facing sporadic issues with @airtelindia fiber and mobile network. For fiber, their on field engineers refuse replacing routers and ask us to go thru their overly complicated IVR system.

    @JioCare @JioCare I need a specific time period, that in this time period, the internet will work again. Anyways, I’m throwing this Jio **** Router and switching to @airtelindia Fiber. Jio is clueless helpless

    @airtelindia your net service at pincode 700005 is terrible. No initiative from your office to improve it. Most horrific after 8pm onwards!! Any Jammer issue???

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Extremely disappointed. I’ve already emailed, but no response. Paid ₹1,500, installation is still incomplete, and no one is attending the issue. Request ID: 01244698473. Resolve it or refund my money.

    @airtelnews @airtelindia 5G network and unlimited package of 5G for 1year but not working properly. cant use unlimited net want to switch to other network .

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence HORRIBLE CHEATING! No deactivation button on your app—customers have to beg. Raised request on June 5th, router collected, paid dues. 2 MONTHS LATER, bills are still generating & service isn't disconnected! NOW I DO NOT TRUST AIRTEL. #Airtel

    @airtelindia Airtel Xstream Fiber was down for 5+ hours yesterday and is down again today. Repeated outages and missed ETAs are unacceptable for a service people depend on for work. I expect a permanent fix and reimbursement. If this continues, I’ll switch providers.
