Dear @reliancejio and @airtelindia do something because my areas network is very worst. Both provider using single tower on my area and the guard of this tower trying to save fuel to sell for money. Many time complaint regarding this but still the problem is same. Do something???

@airtelindia Hi All, I have given complaint for Airtel broad band issue 4 week back. But still the issue is not fixed. Complaint number is 137838892 / 137480832. Airtel team is closing the complaint without fixing the issue. 137480832 Very bad & wrong commitment from airtel.

@airtelindia Rechgd by Rs 219 on 15th Oct'21, havg validity of 28des ven d former pack still 4des 2 go. Instead of total validity 4(old)+28(new)=32des only 27 des gvn.Complaint via eml 2 get a reply "ur eml id is not regstd..." Dis is unbecoming of a reputed pvt sector.Kly c.

We are trying to contact Airtel officials everyday on emails and calls for getting new broadband connection, but there is no clear response. Kindly update us on this issue asap otherwise we have to look for other connection @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I'm told by Airtel engineer that Airtel Fiber Broadband delivers only upto 40Mbps speed on 2.4Ghz network, despite capacity of upto 150Mbps in the said Band. Is it correct? I'm getting between 10-40Mbps speed in 2.4Ghz band for 200Mbps connection.
