@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I suppose to receive my refund on 23 Feb for DTH cancellation as per your customer service cheque payment was issued why still I haven't received it. No tracking number given. Even your Twitter account and email team are not responding.

@airtelindia There is network distribution in my area, your 4G network is not even consistent on 854326 area you talking about 5G? Consider this as a request to cross check the network, can't even study online during pandemic!

@airtelindia I have 6 airtel number. Last 6 month I am facing network problem. I registered to much complaint regarding network even on airtel appelate also today lady told me you have wait for 6 month also for network solutions. Thanks and bye bye airtel

Today at 12.5p.m I got call from @airtelindia and they are telling, they are upgraded there network to new 4g network and it is one of the fastest network in india. After that call I played video in youtube in 240p resolution it is still loading. Worst network @airtelindia...

@airtelindia @AirtelSecure @consaff how you can calculate a 12K phone to repay just 3600. repair my handset or pay me the total value you given on reg for airtel secure. As my reg is confirmed for accidental & liquid damage up to 12k now, you deny repairing for 10k cost. why???

@airtelindia Please improve ur cust service. I am 10 year old cust whose nmbr is not working outside India, & have registered 3 cmplnts, all r closed without any solution. Ur executives put the cust on hold on intl calls when they can’t solve. Highly unprofessional, misguided

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence bought a fiber connection a month ago. Since then it goes down everyday for some hours. Continous disruption in services. Every night it goes down atleast 2-3 times. I'm stationed at Dehradun. Is this Airtel Xstream fibre quality? Need resolutionASAP
