@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I suppose to receive my refund on 23 Feb for DTH cancellation as per your customer service cheque payment was issued why still I haven't received it. No tracking number given. Even your Twitter account and email team are not responding.

My #Feedback is frustrating working with #Airtel @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @VittalGopal Without any cause i need to bare 25/- rupees, loss of daily internet for total 3 days. Issue was with airtel sim which stopped automatically working.

@airtelindia apparently u can’t change email id of mobile number if you hv joined Airtel Black and it looks like u can do nothing about it. For a complaint made on Apr24, ur team is still working on priority & update ‘soon’. R u having a bot to write this whenever reply to email?
