@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I suppose to receive my refund on 23 Feb for DTH cancellation as per your customer service cheque payment was issued why still I haven't received it. No tracking number given. Even your Twitter account and email team are not responding.

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Again Internet issue started in palghar from last 1 month i am not getting internet in my home and in every 6 months problem starts y you are not able to provide proper Internet and ur 3g has became worst not working whatsapp also on 3g.

Jio tower was quite far away from my location,it was approx 2 km away from me 2 month back and the internet speed was awesome but since the tower has been shifted quite near to my location the internet speed has become worst,Every member of my family started using @airtelindia
