    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Anything? Your customer care seems impossible to connect to. 121 doesn't connect, Thanks app is useless. It's been almost 15 days since my complaint but I'm yet to receive an update. If such speeds continue I will port out all 6 connections I have.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence your mobile data availability has gone haywire, it shows up once in blue moon. Not sure why are we even paying for the mobile data which is not even available and complaints are closed with no solution.

    @Airtel_Presence, @airtelindia Hi, your request no 10046071640 has been assigned. My broadband is not working since May 24 (10 days) ... keep getting msg that issue is resolved. Either return money / fix problem. For some reason services were fine till yearly payment was made.
