    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence My prepaid no 7893914432 had yearly plan. I moved to USA 3 month back and using this number for OTP. All of sudden from last 3 weeks, phone shows no sim error. I tested sim in different phone also but same error. Was sim blocked? Please help.

    @airtelindia what kind of service you people provide when most of the time internet keeps connecting and does not even have full throttle speed . What makes internet drop even few minutes.

    Airtel network is now back in Pune 🙏 only concern is we should recive SMS alert atleast 1 hr before any outage or service upgradation. Today no network from 3:30 PM to 9:45 PM 😥 @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence #AirtelDown

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence You have absolutely no commitment value. Your customer care speaks a fixed language and jargons but in the end are of no use. A broadband relocation request pending & all you give is SRN and No solution. #Useless #pathetic

    On top the status of 2 SR raised is resolved & in progress. I have no idea what is resolved and what is in progress here? Coz nothing has happened. I mentioned the issue and also told the urgency but your customer service being at thr worst. Not bothered at all. @airtelindia
