@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence it's been 4/5 days my both Incoming & Outgoing calls stopped as well as Incoming & Outgoing messages. Can't contact the customer care through call. Kindly look into this matter and solve the issue ASAP.

@airtelindia why does your collection department call for payment before the bill is generated saying I used International roaming for a week. I am someone who has been a customer for more than 5 years with 4 other connections. Probably you want me to switch to another provider.

But they are not reaady to solve a SMS AND VOICE CALL PROBLEM OF THE SIM due to some unknown reason, which o don't know. This is pathetic. I think I should port my number to other operator @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Because from last 4 days I have messaged jio but no sol.

@airtelindia Sent you the number on DM. The agent claims the previous "prepaid" service (Oct '22) continued even after the validity expired. And for the lathargy from your side you billing me by slashing my current plan's validity. Waah #Airtel 👏🏼
