    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence it's been 4/5 days my both Incoming & Outgoing calls stopped as well as Incoming & Outgoing messages. Can't contact the customer care through call. Kindly look into this matter and solve the issue ASAP.

    @airtelindia What a waste service you are providing through your #airtelxtream. I am facing frequent disconnection and I complained about it but no one took the action. Right now I am facing problems in using the internet. Please do something. Otherwise I have to switch..

And increase service requet count and closures which are just number showup No effective mitigation ..airtel.. customer service is a big shame

    @airtelindia Hi, Your customer care process is highly ineffective. There is absolutely no customer centricity. I am charged incorrectly for International roaming when I didn’t activate it for that country. No SMS received either. Extremely disappointing and feeling cheated.
