    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence it's been 4/5 days my both Incoming & Outgoing calls stopped as well as Incoming & Outgoing messages. Can't contact the customer care through call. Kindly look into this matter and solve the issue ASAP.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I pay for unlimited phone calls. Guess what, I can't call any of the 1800 nos, Dial 100 for Police or any other emergencies, and also all the phone banking and other customer service numbers. So what am I paying for ??

    @airtelindia @airtelnews @Airtel_Presence I'm using 3 Airtel postpaid number for past 10 years now. I activated my IR pack still my outgoing calls were debarred when I was traveling last to Turkey. I was in much trouble. Is this what Airtel stands for its long drawn customers.

    @airtelindia worst customer care service , the customer care women is saying for 400/- bill the GST is 200 rupees. Is this how it works in Airtel ?
