  @airtelindia I can't expect the unprofessional behaviour from Airtel customer care. They asked me to send an email to update my Airtel black number. But I did not receive any reply back as expecting reply within 4 hrs as suggested in customer care call.

  @airtelindia since the past three days my airfibre is giving high ping, the network in our area is also very weak, due to that, airfibre giving way low bandwidth. Even after opting for black membership there is no way to get help in the app. #switchtojio is thr solution, I guess.
