@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence it's been 4/5 days my both Incoming & Outgoing calls stopped as well as Incoming & Outgoing messages. Can't contact the customer care through call. Kindly look into this matter and solve the issue ASAP.

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Invest in better customer service and staff instead of misleading and deceptive commercials. Been more than 72 hrs since the complaint and 5 hrs since i was assured assistance on twitter,still no updates. Worst experience with a servce provider ever.

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia airtel service is pure bliss. Looks like in the name of airtel black they black you out. U keep complaining and they don't bother they keep changing goal post by extending time to attend. Unbelievable
