@airtelindia Im currently on 799 plan but i want to downgrade my plan to 499. But there is no option available on your app. Does that mean you don't want to give liberty to your customer to downgrade the plan. This is pathetic.

@airtelindia @airtelindia you guys only know to harass your customer. My mom is trying resolve issue for months.She also visited your gallery but she was made wait outside for an hour even though she is handicap, no solution provided and manager is always on holiday. I respect @VodafoneGroup.
