Jitendra Singh (@JitendraSiingh) reported@airtelindia Airtel Wi-Fi service is extremely disappointing. When I booked the new connection, I was told that the installation would be completed within 24 hours. It has already been 72 hours, but the installation has still not been done. No one is even answering my calls.

Two questions: 1 Why should I pay full commercial rates for days with zero service active? 2 Why is the connection completely unstable post restoration, who is handling this,are they competent?

Despite repeated calls and complaint #11037303303, Airtel has failed to restore the service. Even the assigned service person is not answering calls today. Absolutely pathetic.

Currently I'm on 399 plan (28 days ) unlimited 4g+ 5g data but my internet is too slow whereas my other airtel working fine in same handset & area , so technically there is no issue of network issue

Mrinal Lalchandani (@mrinaladv) reported@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia complaint number 31-1000015332553 waiting for attention. Prior to this several complaints were registered and were said to be resolved but network issue persists. All I hear is Inconvenience is regretted.
