    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence On 18th Aug, a complaint raised for a refund of the additional mesh. Airtel promised a refund by 28th. Called on 25th Sep to check the same. Called 121 again on Sep5th, issue escalated to next level. But no resolution

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Escalation team asks for cancelled cheque which the other reps didn’t ask for 2-3 weeks. So they were not serious about the complaint from customer ? Airtel again responds back with another date. On Sep 17, they again promised a 48 hour window.

    @airtelindia Ive no clue how u call yourselves India’s leading telecom. Pthetic service. Priority resolution with blk takes 48 hrs to rectify bb issues&thn gets disco agn in 12 hrs. Amazing! People cannot wfh with airtel bb. Be rdy fr frqnt discos! I expctd more!
