I got the premium Airtel corporate plan with the highest speed, but every week, on a fine working day, you guys have some kind of outage and the net will be down, and specially the timings are amazing from 9 to 4.

It’s full of bugs and the same experience is on the desktop. Your customer hotline put you on hold for 8 mins and then disconnects on its own! I have tried for the last 30 mins and cannot switch on international roaming. Fire your tech leader!

I have already tried all troubleshooting, calls and email but issue is still not resolved. Please escalate and re-provision Unlimited 5G urgently.
