  Does @airtelindia care about its customers? We have four connects on family plan. Main number network disappears frequently. Repeated complaints. No action. Nodal officer- Lip service. Same handset with jio Sim. No issues. @airtelindia

  @airtelindia I recently shifted to a new apartment on the 4th floor, and I’m facing a network issue. Inside my room, there’s almost no signal. As soon as I step onto the balcony or even open the balcony door, the network comes back. This is making it difficult to use my phone at home. Please look into this and help resolve the issue.
