@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I requested a cancellation of airfiber on 27/4/26. Your team failed to pick the device, disconnected the service and still generated a new bill waive the bill and collect your device. DMing the details

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence My complaint deadline ended on 19 May, but no response and no solution. Airtel keeps customers waiting in a complaint loop. People should think twice before buying Airtel SIM if this is the service quality.#airtel #Airteldown

AI assistants: I have had interactions with AI assistants on @amazonIN , @airtelindia and an health insurance co website, All were absolute rubbish. No way I can communicate the real problem. At least, Airtel still had a real human contactable. With patience.

@airtelindia What is wrong with your network?? i am on a black plan with 300mbps plan and I am not having a stable connection from a week. Not even 3mbps at a time. And there is no direct line of communication. Tired of talking to your Ai bot with same old stupid response.

@airtelindia has the worst customer service. I ported my number to airtel postpaid to join my wife's plan. The person who ported me told me I'll get auto added to her plan and now they billed her for a 2 sim plan and a 1 sim plan and are asking to pay 1300 for it.

@thisisashfaque @airtelindia I think it might be helpful in crowded areas like concerts or events where the network just chokes... maybe with priority it will work
