@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Also please avoid taking money if internet connection takes a month for installation. Don't guarantee 3 days or 24 hours resolution. Also airtel agent never answers call or message such a mislead

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence.....Ms. Malvika, one of the customer team, after an hour long discussion on 29th Aug, you gave a written commitment to adjust one-month rental. Which I had paid in advance. Forget that, even the address is not mine, mentioned in invoice.

@sunnykarira @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Forget it Sunny. I waited for more than a year just listening to their excuses but no solution ever came. Airtel SMS doesn't arrive on VoWifi either. In the end, In moved to Jio and never looked back. Yes Jio remains mostly on VoWifi too but no SMS OTP issues on their network.
