    @airtelindia Help me convert my esim to physical sim. Gone to a store and they know nothing and asked me to call 121 and 121 simply hungs up everytime I try to talk with an agent. Moreover store was demanding 400 bucks .. Seriously 😬

    Airtel Internet is not working in my area It's feel disgusting to use Airtel network from past many months I am facing this discomfort.I am.only using wifi when i am at home and my data gets wasted daily from both of my Sims .Its time to port to other network @airtelindia

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Genuinely disappointed with the services and assistance given by Airtel Staff. No one helped when needed the most. No point of being a platinum customer, if you can't resolve the issue. I have completely lost all trust, gained over years.

    Hi @airtelindia Could you please let me know the process to talking to the Airtel Fiber customer support who do not airtel mobile and nor uses the airtel landline. Checked everything but couldn’t find a way out, please help
