    @airtelindia you are promising about 5G but at my village where I lives there is no 3G network available for talking through mobile... Seems like we have to port our sim from airtel to jio... My village pin code is 847228 ..

    @airtelindia @vittalgopal Didn’t have options other than this…followed protocols and procedures. In summary 4 months of continuous request to Airtel to upgrade plan, many follow ups with customer service, 10 emails to Nodal and today was 5th email to Appellate…no change

    @ACTFibernet Awful service these days. Raised complaint three days ago but still no resolution. And your customer care people are even worse. I don't see the point of paying you every month and doing recharge extra recharge with @airtelindia 🤦😡

    Not able to access internet #airtel,absolutely pathetic service,called customer service 4 times but the 10 days timeline has been given for resolution , visited #airtel store also ,Throwing out the airtel and switch to another network seems the only option now @airtelindia @TRAI
