    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @TRAI After continuously complaining against the poor network provided by Airtel seems that nothing has changed their mind that they should really act on improving network instead of fake promising. I Can't make call or receive calls.

    @airtelindia My Airtel Xstream Fiber order was marked "Activation Completed" without any installation. No modem delivered. Technician admitted it was installed at another location. I never shared the OTP. Customer care hasn't resolved it. Pls resolve it asap.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I have complaint like 3 times in last 5 days still no response or no any kind of resolution and whenever I try to port to another network u guy calls every 30 min what happened! What happened! Why do u want to port!

    Hello @airtelindia I recharged my wifi 0676929564078_wifi the day before yesterday on Sunday 5th July 2026. But now I am trying to hold it as I am not in my local area. But while calling your customer care it's telling me we are facing problems since the last 24 hours

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Surprised that porting for a prepaid connection is not offered by you. Was told the software application for prepaid onboarding was down past 3 week. And only post paid requests are accepted. This at Airtel showroom. Can you clarify?

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia You have installed the box on my top.. i will just cut all the cables.. i will see why the engineer or technician will not come to fix the issue later.
