  @airtelindia Pathetic service of Airtel broadband band. @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia only concentrate on new connection. Do not fix issue of existing customers. Request raised 10134136547. Engineers are busy in installation of new connection to fool people.

  @airtelbank @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Txn id 7052256691537895424 Tried recharging via your payment bank, recharge failed, payment deducted and no refund yet. Can’t complaint through your app, customer care number doesn’t have an option to complain or even talk to any exec.

  @JioCare Please note for past 4 months I am repeatedly complaining about internet issue with my post paid connection. The issue is being still not resolved. Every time the customer care person notes the complaint and closes without resolving it. @airtelindia

  @airtelindia what kind of service in Xtreme fibre you are providing most of the month the net has been off due to anyreason only taking payment from customer but service is worst. Dhanbad, Jharkhand, Hirapur, Chiragora condition is worst from last so many days net is not working
