    @Airtel_Presence @TRAI @airtelindia My card is not working from last 15 days. When I had asked airtel - They are saying, my name needs to be corrected but the balance and validity of the card will become zero. Are you able to ressolve this issue without affecting the balance?

    I have been kept waiting for last 15 days without any resolution. Everytime I raise this issue I am getting goody-goody dms but no solution. @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia- At least have a courtesy and say if you do not have any solution :(

    @airtelindia sir I have taken new connection in June . Now my BB service is not working. I have called Mr Sen 8448196166 he promised me that someone call me and resolve the problem. But no body called me and problem remains same. Can you please help me.

    I reached out to Airtel Postpaid Customer Support @airtelindia on phone and they responded saying for postpaid services they wouldn't charge anything for call forwarding services from the mobile number. @nutanc Could you also help given your understanding of these issues
