    @airtelindia Pathetic service of Airtel broadband band. @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia only concentrate on new connection. Do not fix issue of existing customers. Request raised 10134136547. Engineers are busy in installation of new connection to fool people.

    @airtelindia @Smiley_Bharati Highest network speed reaching 100kb(also unstable) in my home since last 6-7 days. I have reported thrice but no response or progress yet. I have almost 7 prepaid connections at home, thinking of porting all of them if no response received in 2 days. Worst service ever.🙏🙏

    Paid bill on time & still getting calls by the back end team to pay my bill again , wifi not working for 8 days , faced a loss due to a technical issue that has been there for 8 days & kids not able to attend classes , had raised the issue already, worst service by @airtelindia

    @airtelindia : I am an active postpaid customer and recently opted for airtel black (premium plan 2099). DTH got installed on 7th dec. Broadband which is supposed to be installed in 72 hrs got delayed by a day due to technical reasons and finally issue got resolved.
