@airtelindia Pathetic service of Airtel broadband band. @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia only concentrate on new connection. Do not fix issue of existing customers. Request raised 10134136547. Engineers are busy in installation of new connection to fool people.

@airtelindia what a pathetic state a damaged SIM card can’t be replaced for existing customer from any store on Sunday. But you can buy a new airtel SIM card at any time of the day even on a Sunday. This is called customer service.

Why not to choose Airtel postpaid a thread: @airtelindia Absolutely worthless customer care service. My ISD is deactivated and it’s been more than 3 days since I raised a complaint to activate and it still hasn’t happened. All your representatives do is “escalate” it.
