    @airtelindia Not sure what kind of services you offer citing upgrade to fiber (Xstream) and downtime of more than 3 weeks now. Front end engineer stating backend problem, customer support saying field engineer to be engaged. Can I have someone who is sensible to talk to?

    @DoT_India I'm trying to port out of @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia but they're not sending me the port code after sending SMS to 1900. Even after calling customer care they're refusing to share it. Please help.
