    @airtelindia Pathetic service of Airtel broadband band. @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia only concentrate on new connection. Do not fix issue of existing customers. Request raised 10134136547. Engineers are busy in installation of new connection to fool people.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelnews @airtelindia Idiot company !! Complaint raised 2 days they give 5 days time for repair 🤭🤭! I gave them one money time now and will choose local internet provider system remove them !!

    @airtelindia Finally after all the waiting,there is a conclusion. But, don't assume that @airtelindia solved the issue, I have decided to move on from them and opt another service provider, anyway it's relief for me from this incompetent and ignorant service.

    @airtelindia My Airtel Wi-Fi in Ansal Golf Links, Greater Noida has been down for the last 5 days, with no resolution yet. Customer care assured me it would be fixed by Tuesday morning and assigned engineer Manoj Kumar He now says it may take another 3–4 days to fix.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence 2.) 80% of time my network show 4g+ when I'm using internet while playing game or YouTube when it's unlimited then why I can't use proper 5g network Its not that I've haven't used 5g smooth network in my areas and when you try to talk Cust.     @airtelindia I’m extremely disappointed with the service. I raised a request for my Airtel Wi-Fi shifting on 3 Aug 2026, and it is still not completed despite repeatedly contacting the Airtel team. Req ID 13901212509 #airtel @airtelindia

    Hey @airtelindia I am a dissatisfied Airtel Black subscriber. Despite a huge monthly billing, when I fight through your IVR to access a human on my "dedicated service team", the response it to deny me either a technician visit or even to talk to a supervisor. Please instruct your call centre that customers have the right to escalate their problems, if the point of contact person, is unable to resolve it. @Airtel_Presence
