@airtelindia Pathetic service of Airtel broadband band. @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia only concentrate on new connection. Do not fix issue of existing customers. Request raised 10134136547. Engineers are busy in installation of new connection to fool people.

@airtelindia I m unable to mak call using my Airtel prepaid on SBI customer care number 18605001290 & few similar numbers. Evn after having main balance of around 30rs my call is not getting connctd! Y I am being charged for calling evn aftr valid unlimited plan of 84days.? RPY

@airtelindia Worst network in the world. Even in the main city in Rajasthan, you have to go to the roofs, even emails and complaints do not make any difference.

@airtelindia We have booked a fibernet connection on friday. We were promised an installation by Saturday. Today is sunday and I have not recieved a single call from anyone for installation. This is not the service we expected. Please escalate and resolve it by today.

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Xtream set top box is performing very slow..say apps open up after 10 to 20 seconds of selection, volume will reflect after 10 seconds of reducing, apps Installation is very slow Sometimes buffering happens even after connecting to Xtream Fiber 5G
