    @airtelindia Pathetic service of Airtel broadband band. @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia only concentrate on new connection. Do not fix issue of existing customers. Request raised 10134136547. Engineers are busy in installation of new connection to fool people.

    @airtelindia I have been following up with you over phone with your customer care from last 10 days, they are really not helpful. Do you really care what customer pain is. I am in US , recharged 649 for international calling and it didn't work. Now your agnt says to recharge agn.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelnews @airtelindia Worst Experience! Inspite of installing Fiber and promising 100 mbps only getting max speed upto 30 mbps. Highlighted issue but no resolution. Everyday internet is down. No one cares for customer here! 8130316662

    @airtelindia I see you are charging 500 rupee less for new connection for the same plan. In your app there no option for change of plan and your IVR doesn’t have option for the same . Is not this cheating for existing customer ?

    hi @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence 1. I'm not able to contact your customer support via 198 or any other number you've given 2. When we recharge prior to the end date the recharge is not being counted from the end date but from the day we recharged, this is bad practice, respond

    @airtelindia i am not able to connect broadband. Going to app shows everything fine. Also your 121 is pathetic. in 100mps plan i hardly get 10mps. Pls dm me for resolution.

    @Swatiprakash14 @airtelindia I have faced the same issue with my Airtel postpaid connection. Then I shifted to their prepaid service for cheaper plans with new sim, surprisingly I got network and internet henceforth. So may be refreshing the old sim with a new one did the trick.
