@airtelindia Pathetic service of Airtel broadband band. @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia only concentrate on new connection. Do not fix issue of existing customers. Request raised 10134136547. Engineers are busy in installation of new connection to fool people.

Ported to Airtel Postpaid & have BB as well. Pathetic customer service response. Network Issue for ~ 3 weeks. Issues closes on the end date. No calls confirmation if issue resolved. time to port out ! Priority Resolution is a joke. Please fix this. @airtelindia

As your system is ready to take my number and not assign it to DTH connection THATS YOUR PROBLEM. PEOPLE DON'T GET THIS AIRTEL BLACK SERVICE.

@airtelindia tweet is regarding the problem I am facing from past few days but there was no resolution. I am not able to use volte service past few days it's suddenly stop working I am not able to recieve calls properly and internet also not working. Its shows IMS not registered.

If we want send or receive sms need to reacharge minimum of Rs 128/- Do u think is it really worth for us? No never, Realy it is hell, I have decided to say good bye to Airtel which journey of 10+ yrs, I thnk it's fantastic way of lose yr customers @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

@airtelindia How dump people you have in customer services! I’m telling that my mobile outgoing is not working and I’m out of India right now and they are replying me that register your email id first by calling 121.
