    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence kindly look into the matter as i have made request regarding non-connectivity for my xtream fibre connection having no. 9115056869 on 09.06.2022, customer care is only giving 4 hours deadline since then. Same reply given on 10.06.2022 & today.

    @airtelindia Worst service everrrrrr.....have paid to get wifi set up 3 days ago n no one picks up my call at the store or the person who helped sign us up. Of 72 hrs..1st 24 hr was nothing..2nd 24 hrs a guy comes n leaves the cable hanging on our balcony n ..dats it

    @airtelindia for the first time in last two months I contacted the customer care of Broadband as my internet is not working. I must say it is pathetic. Worst ever response from a company like airtel. Issue is still not solved and no body is concerned in the customer care.

    @airtelindia Took a new Sim from airtel representative received via sms,he took 299 for the first recharge for activation ,now the representative mobile is switched off and alternate number he doesn't pick,I am clueless , cc 121 i found no use ,pls do support at earliest.
