They told me that because airtel has acquired Tata, the services was stopped / running slow and i have to pay money and buy a new hotspot.

Looks like they have outsourced the maintenance to locals vendors and there is no coordination and they are also not trained. Two days back an engineer came in sleeveless and shorts and I asked for ID and he didn’t have. This is also a security risk. Useless.
