16yrs of usage, Has been facing frequent modem issues from @HathwayBrdband, customer service is disgusting, keeps u on hold for 24hrs. In today's time the internet is so important if you are working from home. Time to shift to @airtelindia or @reliancejio

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence hands down has the worst network & WiFi & customer service. WiFi doesn’t work properly more than half the time. On top of that sales guys call to sell expensive plans. There should be a plan where the customer pays only for days when WiFi was working

@airtelindia I am getting calls repeatedly from AIRTEL DTH,I have told everytime to not to contact me.Told them to enable DND but your system can't do that for Non-airtel numbers. Then,I unlinked my contact info from the DTH service,even after all this,I'm getting calls everyday.

@airtelindia Dont go with Airtel it’s worst then any other I was useing act previously that was good but they frequently charge penalties then I shifted to hathway that is aslo good but it take 24 hours to resolve prblms then I took Airte and got to know it is even worst than local internet
