    @airtelindia I am going 2 port my sim to @JioCare if my network issue is not resolved in 48 hours. This is the last airtel sim in a family of 20. @JioCare please confirm if my pack can be carried forward if i port my sim to Jio.

    Hey @airtelindia, @Airtel_Presence - I made an advance payment of 12 months for your 300 Mbps Fiber connection in Feb 22, and yet I've been sent a bill 2 months in advance of my plan expiry. On contacting your customer service helpline, I'm receiving incoherent responses.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence everytime I upgrade my phone which are iPhones they always struggle to register my airtel number for iMessage and FaceTime. What could the issue be ? And finally it registers after like few weeks which is weird but Jio gets registered instantly

    It’s disappointing to see Airtel resorting to these fraudulent tactics. When a customer has already paid for an unlimited recharge, no other operator charges extra for these calls. It seems only Airtel is interested in cheating its customers like this. @reliancejio @airtelindia

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence how to claim the damn Netflix subscription. You are telling me to contact Netflix, they are telling me to consult you. This issue is stuck for 70 days now. Netflix tried everything on their end, seems like you are not able to resolve simple issues
