@ViCustomerCare @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia lady called form Vodafone Idea & I explained her total outstanding was only Ra98.99 as per Airtel message emailed to her. Airtel failed to update it resulting into services barred during pandemic if there is emergency what will I do.

@airtelindia why do you not deactivate your broadband when customers don't voluntarily renew. Isn't this unethical to keep the meter running so that if inadvertently, a customer misses to request, you can release your extortionist team to pester for payment. Shame on you

@airtelindia please stop your extortionist practices. Other providers stop broadband services if the customer doesn't renew but @airtelindia doesn't deactivate even when customer requests. Then after a few months, they activate their pesky callers to start pestering. Disgusting.

@airtelindia my current postpaid bill is very high. Upon checking the bill I found out that twice some international packs have been charged to my number. However, I never opt for any international packs. Moreover, I didn't use my sim while I was on international roaming.
