We have been chasing @airtelindia to restore service for the last 3 months and there is no response from them. On the other hand @reliancejio has completed the survey and will put in a new leased line within the week. What a difference in attitude and customer service!

Dear @airtelindia your services are as good as dunk.If we recharge for a month how can you give us a 10 days validity.Even in 10 days you stopped service 2 days before and your customer service are not able give a single answer.Every month you stopped services 1 or 2 days before.

@DishTV_India @airtelindia @TataSkyBinge On 27 sep I had called Dish TV customer care & recharged for 3200₹.He asked me to recharge for 3145₹.He confirmed me tht recharging of 3145₹ for 1 year ll extend d due date by 30 days which hasn't happened.Check call record and help.
