@Airtel_Presence What's your definition of shortly? Raised the complaint on 23 May. Today is the 10th day, is the team incapable of fixing a broadband issue that it takes 10 days+ to provide a resolution?? Frustrating and terribly dissatisfying an experience @airtelindia @airtelnews
