    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @airtelnews when you will improve the quality service on data network and voice network. I am still suffering from bad network of Airtel. Should I change ISP ? All your other competitors are improving their services day by day, why you are not???

    @Saurabh_Pinch @reliancejio True, It's not just Jio. Switched from Jio to @airtelindia, hoping for better service, but call drops and network issues are almost the same. Also I paid ₹50 in advance for DTH services 2 years ago, and still no update. Indian telecom needs serious improvement.

    @Vineetsingh1208 @airtelindia @airtelnews Never have postpaid number and home fibre wifi for internet. I learnt this lesson, long ago. Use prepaid, they know the customer can leave anytime.

    I have Airtel broadband. @airtelindia It’s not working since morning. Try to call customer care. It says there is problem in your area. It says it will be resolved by 22nd. In actual none of my neighbours have any problem. 121/chatbot no use. Pathetic service.

    @airtelindia requested IPTV connection via ur app. The payment link never worked. So visited ur store in West Delhi, raised request, paid booking/advance charges. Was told that executive wuld visit next day between 11-1..No one turned up, now going to be 48 hrs.Still call awaited

    @airtelindia WiFi disconnected in April. Device collected. Refund still not received. Still getting pickup reminder messages. No help from customer care, no response to emails. Extremely poor customer service. @Airtel_Presence @AshwiniVaishnaw

    @airtelindia extremely shameful service provider, had a lot of unresolved issues earlier and now today we have a new issue which is unresolved as usual... service down since morning and it's impact my job as do WFH

    UPDATE: Airtel customer service is ABSOLUTELY STUPID 😤 Called after my IPTV complaint (see previous tweet), they RAISED A DTH REQUEST instead of IPTV! I NEVER asked for DTH! This is COMPLETE negligence + total incompetence from Airtel. Now NO callback AGAIN! HOW IS IT POSSIBLE that buying a NEW SERVICE takes so much of delays? Cancel this WRONG DTH ticket & activate IPTV IMMEDIATELY! Your system is UTTERLY USELESS! @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence
