    Airtel has cheated me on my broadband connection plan. Their customer care calls but the call gets disconnected after 30 seconds. Now they are telling me that they will continue with plan. Just terminate my connection ASAP. @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia

    What I shall call @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Dumb or smart. On the name of customer support they kept a stupid bot which is of no use. Can't complaint about Network via app Bcoz there is no network. No response on mail. Never ending wait time for customer care call.

    @airtelnews @airtelindia I have purchased a Airtel 4g supported sim but looks like Airtel 4g is not working now. When are you planning to start 4g network so that we can use it. Please start it otherwise Jio will get all customers as he is supporting 4g now.
