    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @airtelnews when you will improve the quality service on data network and voice network. I am still suffering from bad network of Airtel. Should I change ISP ? All your other competitors are improving their services day by day, why you are not???

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Despite raising multiple complaints and following up repeatedly, there has been no resolution, no update, and no accountability from the Airtel support team. This prolonged outage is affecting my work and daily activities.

    @bhartinews @airtelnews @airtelindia My connection 10101023670624 is a case of harassment. Rqstd cancellation, but ur team forced shifts tht failed repeatedly due to ur own tchncl issues. Now, I’m being billed & fined for a service I asked to stop months ago. Pls resolve this.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence such a worst service ever. It's been 3 days since Wifi is broken down but no solution is given after many complaints. Plz proceed to withdraw my wifi connection

    @airtelindia My Wi-Fi installation was scheduled for 18 June, but your engineer misled me into sharing an OTP and rescheduled it to 19 June. Now he’s not answering calls, and there’s zero update. I’m flying tonight. Stop harassing customers and fix this immediately! Unacceptable

    @bhartinews @airtelnews @airtelindia Now they are unfairly billing me and imposing late fees for a service I have been trying to cancel for months. This practice of forced retention and predatory billing despite clear disconnection requests is harassment. (2/3)

    UPDATE: Airtel customer service is ABSOLUTELY STUPID 😤 Called after my IPTV complaint (see previous tweet), they RAISED A DTH REQUEST instead of IPTV! I NEVER asked for DTH! This is COMPLETE negligence + total incompetence from Airtel. Now NO callback AGAIN! HOW IS IT POSSIBLE that buying a NEW SERVICE takes so much of delays? Cancel this WRONG DTH ticket & raise correct IPTV request IMMEDIATELY! Your system is UTTERLY USELESS! @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence
