  @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence your modem is garbage, your support is idiotic. A simple replacement has become a pilgrimage through incompetence, excuses and people who apparently specialise in doing absolutely nothing. Even hell would fire your support team. Replace my modem now.

  @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I've been without airtel wifi for the past 3 days due to connection loss an engineer came and checked the box, but since it's connected to airtel tower, the complaint shifted to another team and it's been 3 days issue still unresolved. Please fix it.

  why my data strucks in between apps again and again from your end. It started after you got my yearly subscription on 14th of this month. After getting Yrly sub you have put me on a poor bandwidth. your 4G and 5G are useless. you are cheaters. @airtelindia

  @airtelindia i have a 5g wifi connection, but rarely do I get the promised speed. Please look into this as well, otherwise I have to request Mr. @pbhushan1 and may be other senior members of the bar to help. :)

  @airtelindia ever since I've switched to your network, calls and internet both have been terrible. I've raised several complaints on the app but all I get is a "your complaint has been resolved" message without any change in my network. Kindly look into the matter.

  I want to port all four no..of mine from Airtel to jio due to pathetic network and customer service from Airtel , after paying 1500 a month all I get is call drops , internet not working most of the time and unable to get in intouch with customer service always @airtelindia

  My Airtel ₹349 plan has Unlimited 5G active,and the @airtelindia app clearly shows“5G Data Top-up: ∞ Unlimited”.However, even while my phone is connected to 5G,my daily 1.5GB data quota is being deducted. Please check this issue and fix the Unlimited 5G entitlement on my number
