@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @airtelnews when you will improve the quality service on data network and voice network. I am still suffering from bad network of Airtel. Should I change ISP ? All your other competitors are improving their services day by day, why you are not???

@airtelindia Pathetic customer service. Took my money stating the broadband plan will be for 6 months, n provided me with a 3 months plan. N when I spoke with your escalations desk Aishwarya, she said she will not change the plan unless I pay more. Wow!

Never expect such a service from airtel , biggest network of india @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia whose customer support is null. Porting time period is over but there's no network.

@airtelindia complaint reg internet with sr 10167172081.The eng closed the issue without attending,I have called the customer care and open the ticket,mailed the cust care but again they closed the ticket without solving and even they didn't bothered to call. This is pathetic

Interesting times with @airtelindia on customer migration for IT projects!! We have 2 fiber to connections with us for different purposes from past 6 years. Recently they have automatically raised a disconnection request for one of the connection and simply disabled it.
