    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @airtelnews when you will improve the quality service on data network and voice network. I am still suffering from bad network of Airtel. Should I change ISP ? All your other competitors are improving their services day by day, why you are not???

    @airtelindia , @airtelpalwal, the worst internet service provider in palwal, BSNL has much better services with no interruption, And the customer care services are pathetic, you get the complained done but no one will resolve the issue.

    @airtelindia my internet connection is not working. spoke to your customer support about the issue and raised a complaint and the "quickest" resolution offered to me was "it'll be fixed in 24 hours". Now tell the same to my boss who expects me to log in for work in next 30 mins

    I've been using Airtel Xstream Fiber broadband for almost a year now. Not a single issue with connection or speed. After installation, I never had a situation to call them again. Thanks @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

    @reliancejio @airtelindia Waiting for jiofibre or airtel broadband to come live in my area for the last 2 years. The service is available 300m away but not in my colony. There is a monopoly of local provider which charges way too high. Getting difficult to wfh. 1/2
