  @airtelindia My WiFi has been down since yesterday. Complaint raised, but technician visit is only on 12th May. Still being charged despite no internet access. Airtel Black promises priority support, but there’s no real action on the ground.

  @airtelindia your “Unlimited 5G” service is also very poor. I live in a well-developed city where 5G signal is available most of the time, but the internet only works properly for a few seconds before slowing down or disconnecting again.

  @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia There is NO SYSTEM in AIRTEL HYDERABAD,to address TECHNICAL FAULTS and WIFI DOWN . Customer support team collect PERSONAL DATA of customers and sell to fraudsters to empty ur bank accounts. Be careful with Airtel staff.Complaint no. 10941271644
