    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @airtelnews when you will improve the quality service on data network and voice network. I am still suffering from bad network of Airtel. Should I change ISP ? All your other competitors are improving their services day by day, why you are not???

    @airtelindia @TRAI @JM_Scindia I am unable to understand why Government of India tolerates network issues by service providers. A complaint lodged 15 days ago goes still pending. Need to control airtel monopoly to improve network issue. Even i am not allowed to raise another one.

    @airtelindia @trai Airtel Fix the DataSpeed problem in Bengaluru Lot of Fluctuations b/w 5G/4G+/4G throughout the day. Data speed is 1 to 3mbps in 5G. This is crazy and not acceptable .

    @airtelindia @jagograhakjago nothing has changed, you poor service remain poor. Poor 5g remain 2g. Not only me, entire apartment society is has a same impression on Airtel. Will definitely move away from Airtel.

    What kind of services do you provide @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence ? Customer care people don't know aything they just keep transferring calls to each other and technical person is know it all kind who don't want to believer that there is anu issue with wifi..

    Hey @airtelindia, very disappointed with the service at the MyAirtel Store in my city. I visited the store to port my postpaid number to Airtel. The executive has been completely unresponsive for the last 5 days despite multiple follow-ups. Is this the onboarding experience Airtel wants to offer new customers? Please look into this.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence On Airtel App an Airtel Agent is assigned to resolve my complaint. My office called that Agent and he said that he was assigned my complaint by mistake as he works in a different territorial area. This is what AI and automation of #Airtel is doing. Highly inefficient.
