    I m sorry to inform you that airtel has one of the worst customer support and service provider. I have raised issue 9 times in 2 month but they don't care to provide solution. I m not going to pay my bill till I get issue resolve.@PMOIndia, @airtelindia

    Hello @airtelindia there are 4 prepaid @airtelindia customer in my family for more than 5+ year. Now there is network problem face by all numbers. One has to move out of the home to receive or make a call. I had DM you but still no reply and solution for the same had come.

    @airtelindia after paying for new broadband connection, your executive never respond. How to get the connection installed? Who's responsibility is installation ? Is this way of your customer handling?
