    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @airtelnews when you will improve the quality service on data network and voice network. I am still suffering from bad network of Airtel. Should I change ISP ? All your other competitors are improving their services day by day, why you are not???

    Not only perplexity. With @airtelindia there is no easy option even to discontinue the wifi service. They dont respond too.

    @techyoutbe I got this message this morning. I got @perplexity_ai subscription for 1 year through @airtelindia When I am already in the pro plan why did perplexity ask for card details again? I didn't get it. It says it is mandatory to use card to use pro. I never added my card details in perplexity. I am on free plan. Will Airtel handover the plan to perplexity ie., if there is card in perplexity, pro plan auto renews. if not, it will cancel. or will airtel charge us for perplexity pro ?

    @airtelindia Set top box firmware got corrupt. Technician asking payment of 850 rs for new set top box. No physical damage it's firmware issue of set top box why customer needs to pay for it?

    Idiots of @airtelindia First their mobile network is always horrible all across city and then they bring down the wi-fi network too on weekend. Stupids. This is what happened due to monopoly. We are destined to suffer the worse service. If only we had any competing provider…
