Instead, your system generated a new DTH installation request. Customer care says they can't cancel it, emails get no response, and the service engineer tells me to call CS.

Santosh (@San_v86) reported@airtelindia @TRAI After 20 yrs with Airtel, I’m finally moving my family off their network. They even charge international roaming fees for incoming SMS, pure exploitation. Service is pathetic, unreliable, overpriced, exploitative. Good riddance.
