For refund of less than 3K we have shared transaction ID, debit details, booking ID & still @airtelindia says they need more proof? Are you seriously telling me that the nation's biggest broadband service provider @Airtel_Presence cannot trace one single transaction? SHOCKING!!!

@airtelindia I am a user of airtel since last 21years earlier the network of airtel was one of the best network.. but now.. it has become the worst one... Everytime I talk to someone there is a call drop... And there are internet issues too...

I have been trying to contact airtel for 2 days. Recharged WFH pack on 25/7/2021. Unable to use internet for the past 2 days nd trying to reach them.. No response from there end... Worst customer service. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @airtelnews
