    Shame on @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence! Internet service in Dahegam, Gandhinagar (Gujarat) has been unreliable for months. I’ve filed 100+ complaints via the Airtel Thanks app, yet not a single meaningful response or permanent fix. Is anyone listening? Please resolve thisurgently

    @airtelindia Kindly do the following: Increase my validity till 13 May 2028, or Queue the ₹2249 plan after my current plan, or Process a full refund of 2249 rupees. I've been an Airtel customer for over 10 years. Kindly resolve this issue @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia

    @airtelindia I've now shifted again to Bareilly and reqtd the conctn be moved to my new addr., but even now no action has been taken. App doesn't allow me to pause the cnnctn because the shifting request is still shown as "in-progress", yet I continue to be billed for a service I can't use.
