    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @airtelnews when you will improve the quality service on data network and voice network. I am still suffering from bad network of Airtel. Should I change ISP ? All your other competitors are improving their services day by day, why you are not???

    @airtelindia Due to bad experience with Airtel xtreme broadband, I feel disappointed and find no reason recommending it to others. Slower speed than the plan undertaken and no complaint resolution still. Don't know if slow speed money will be adjusted or not.

    2. Customer care (121) language is only in Hindi. I dialed from the registered Airtel mobile number, which has my address (TamilNadu). There must be an option to select the language. Seems so basic :-( #airtelwoes @airtelindia

    Pretty frustrating experience with Airtel recently: 1. Broadband connection was down since Oct 19 and got a message that an engineer will visit @ 3.30pm and no updates and no one showed up yet. #airtelwoes @airtelindia

    @airtelindia Please help me with my internet connectivity. Only in my room I am unable to use internet. Rest I don't have any complaint. Previously I logged many case for this but didn't get any solution. It seems like I am wasting my 1200rs postpaid plan every month.
