    @airtelindia SHAMEFUL & DISGUSTING Act of #airtel by illegally deducting money from pre paid customer (a Senior Citizen) account who was NOT using airtel's DATA Package. Pl REFUND the illegal amount collected !!! #AIRTEL has fallen to such LOW & CHEAP Standard......

    @airtelindia I changed my sim card yesterday due to some network related issues from the airtel store. After the sim got activated the VoLte is missing. Today I again went to the store they said I have to complaint in the airtel thanks app but isn't available there.

    @airtelindia Service Request Number - 136174736 (raised on 26th) for fiber connection. Have been following up since morning 09:30 AM, now its 06:19 PM and still the issue is not resolved. Can I know why it is taking so long to fix it and how lost time will be compensated.

    @sunilbmittal @airtelindia don’t knw wt kind of organisation Airtel is running… you will get infinite calls frm them and when you request them nt to call, they will abuse you & switch off the call. Did I make mistake by choosing Airtel. I used vodka for 15 year, never face this

    People facing problem with airtel should file a complain in consumer court as they are charging for 4g and giving 2g speed and official has no response on this. After complain every time gets a same message network in ur area is getting updated. @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia

    @shaurymah @airtelindia @airtelindia I don't know how u guys claim to be one of the best network of the country when u a not able to provide a satisfactory customer service. Customer support promised me that I'll get callback with the resolution of the issue issue but all the promises r complete failure
