Dear @Airtel_Presence how do we know the recently ported number is activated? For one of my number, porting is done, I inserted new @airtelindia sim & I see the signal but unable to call/receive calls. Says, not registered on Network. How can I talk to a Customer Support?

@airtelindia FED UP WITH YOUR SERVICE, I have recharged my phone’s balance thrice. 130, 180, 130. 180 was the monthly pack. None of them reflected in my account!! All through the airtel thanks app! The customer service is WORST!! nobody answers!!!!

@airtelindia pathetic service, service Center guys say change to postpaid if u need any service for prepaid then call customer care, need an esim but can’t get it until email is updated in their system and there is no way to update email in prepaid, take postpaid and we will do.
