    @airtelindia They promise u to install wifi in 4 hour. And when u call they assure u after lunch and after that don't pick call, now customer care day that it will be installed in 3 days.. woww

    @airtelindia need can somebody help me with the DTH upgrade request # 48002354 . Customer relationship team is not doing anything to fix this issue. Am reaching out here as a gateway of lost resort . Dont know what else i can do .. hence twitting you guys .. Plss help !!!

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence pathetic service . Even after 96 hours ( max time 72hrs) no response. Calling their customer care daily. Even patience is the response from @airtel management
