@Airtel_Presence The network of @airtelindia is very weak inside the home at first floor. And in ground floor its not at all reacheable. And jio is everywhere reacheable in my home.

@airtelindia on what basis? In those 10 hours, you have bombarded me with messages to activate a pack but didn’t have the courtesy to inform the customer about a pack being renewed & then charging me for it in the bill. How is that ethical?

@airtelindia you have the worst procedures in the world. I am applying for a sim change because the sim keeps crashing, but name on the SIM card name does not match because of marriage so the procedure is to get a prepaid card then convert back to postpaid and then name change.

Don't ever go for @airtelindia DTH service, it's too bad. It has many signal issues with no clarity and extremely low signal strength. If you ask an engineer about the same, then he can't even answer about this and which is the worst part. #worstservice @Airtel_Presence

After being An @airtelindia customer for 15 years now it's definitely time to switch to a professional network which does not harrass their customers by calling 10 times a day for the sake of promotions that too after activating DND. STOP THIS ****. @airtelindia

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @VittalGopal It's been 4 days my broadband is not working. After raising complaint there is no engineer allocated to resolve the issue. Called thrice on 02044444121 where I spoke to Manjeet, Pushpendra and Linyan but what I got is a false promises.

@airtelindia I am unable to use unlimited 5G data with your eligible plans, since 3 days i am complaining about this issue but not solved yet, i think its good to port my sim to Jio.
