    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Y most of users hv same complain, Internet not working? Is there any team try to resolve it? Still waiting for 11 days. Yr passed but still 11 days r not yet. claims for 0 complaints, This way! Don't resolve, people will stop complaining. Isn't it?

    @Airtel_Presence The network of @airtelindia is very weak inside the home at first floor. And in ground floor its not at all reacheable. And jio is everywhere reacheable in my home.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Broadband not working and connection is getting dropped since yesterday. Raised a complaint, Very poor service from your engineer. They are not trained,wire was cut and engineer just fix the issue on a temporary basis. Still facing the same issue.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Our broadband connection in our premises is down due to fire broke out this morning at 5 AM at an electric pole near our building. Tried to lodge a complaint but nothing happened. My ID is 03385167372_dsl. Kindly restore the line ASAP
