@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Y most of users hv same complain, Internet not working? Is there any team try to resolve it? Still waiting for 11 days. Yr passed but still 11 days r not yet. claims for 0 complaints, This way! Don't resolve, people will stop complaining. Isn't it?

@Airtel_Presence The network of @airtelindia is very weak inside the home at first floor. And in ground floor its not at all reacheable. And jio is everywhere reacheable in my home.

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Recently enrolled for Broadband. Pathetic service! Frequent disruptions and speed drops to less than 1mbps and stays the same for hours.When asked for resolution, Airtel offloads responsibility to local cable vendors who turn deaf ears to consumers.

@airtelindia Thanks a ton to Airtel for serving me for last 16 years. AIRTEL SIM is not working since long. After several complaints also it's not rectified. Doorstep SIM replacement is not possible by Airtel, whereas JIO provides 1year Amazon Prime+doorstep free SIM delivery.

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Airtel had taken customer service to a new level. Complaint 132600394 raised on 18th June. You keep saying that “my request” is a priority and will be resolved in 24-48 hrs.. a number of those 48 hrs have gone by.. pathetic
