    @Airtel_Presence The network of @airtelindia is very weak inside the home at first floor. And in ground floor its not at all reacheable. And jio is everywhere reacheable in my home.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Y most of users hv same complain, Internet not working? Is there any team try to resolve it? Still waiting for 11 days. Yr passed but still 11 days r not yet. claims for 0 complaints, This way! Don't resolve, people will stop complaining. Isn't it?

    @reliancejio Finally after your pathetic mobile netqork service I am out of your network and have port to @airtelindia.Lets see if Airtel is able to provide good service, I will port my other 3 numbers onto Airtel in future. Jio doesn't care customers complaint.

    @reliancejio Good take over as @airtelindia team is worst at handling customer - sim has taken a month work and they say they work on technology. @airtelindia the day is not far where you will lose all your customer like this

    @airtelindia ur network quality is so much poor in area having pincode 841437, village lakharaw near baikunthpur ,district-Gopalganj, bihar. It is showing 4g and 4g+ but not able to browse.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence - people upload the software in a day and request goes - till now request hasn’t gone only ! Such a slow team ! Better you check on working structure of a team because it’s been more than 20 days but I don’t have solution to it

    I, an Airtel customer 9771430000, went to your store & requested to change my virtual sim into a hard sim on the basis of soft copies of Aadhaar and Pan Card as I was facing connectivity issues. But they denied saying to bring the original copies @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia hello just saw in Airtel app that ₹239 RC for 28 days with1.5GB but after recharge it’s come only 24 days with 1gb what is problem,looks some difficult to understand Airtel nowadays @MoitOfficial #airtel
