@airtelindia In early 2000,airtel would send recovery agents, who were goons, to collect unpaid dues. Today, Airtel forcibly deducts money from customer account for nonrenewal of prepaid numbers on time. Times have changed, mindset of Airtel, a rogue company, remains the same.

@airtelindia @airtelnews worst services by local broadband team in Indore. Executive visited and confirmed the network of Airtel Black. Get it applied and after 45 days simply got a call that we couldn't process your request. Gold customer since last 3 yrs. Worst experience.

@airtelindia @S_BhartiMittal It's really pathetic that instead of improving network, Airtel keeps imposing panelty on my postpaid bill. I was loyal to Airtel but would love to switch to other network as it seems impossible that this network problem will ever be resolved now.
