    Hey @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I really enjoy using Airtel in Ahmedabad, Gujrat But currently in am here 387001 Nadiad, Gujrat The internet speed is really really slow here less than 0.2mbps So as a Happy customer i expect you to do something about it look in to ASAP

    Hi @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence i am a customer of airtel from last 15-16 years. I have raised a complaint in Feb 2021 (complaint number 31-3584194045452). But its not getting resolved even after 3 months. Could you please let me know if you can resolve this issue or not?

    @airtelindia Your postpaid services are a sham. I'm being charged Rs. 600 in my postpaid bill for 50Gb data. When explained to customer care, they cut the call after not being able to come up with a logical answer. Resolve my query at the earliest! No wonder people moving to Jio!

    @DoT_India @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I spoke to one of the senior supervisor Ashi from Bhopal she told me you have to wait we can't do anything. Is this the way to treat a customer????? Shame on you Airtel.

    Astonishing how @airtelindia is looting its customer. I made a payment two months ago to airtel for my phone bill through their app which went successful and they claim to not receive it.

    @airtelindia Hi Team, i contacted airtel for broadband, service provider asked to pay the amount,after payment i'm waiting from past 8 days,no one has contacted,no connection or refund, dint expect this from airtel, worst experience
