    Hey @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I really enjoy using Airtel in Ahmedabad, Gujrat But currently in am here 387001 Nadiad, Gujrat The internet speed is really really slow here less than 0.2mbps So as a Happy customer i expect you to do something about it look in to ASAP

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I am trying to contact your customer care executive from last 2 days, unfortunately your system is too bad. I am following your ivr continue but there is no option to connect customer care executive. 198 is a complain number, not for harrasment.

    @airtelindia The Customer Service of @airtelindia is so annoying. The automated voice keep on saying we are ready to hear your problem but there is no option of connecting to real customer executive for presenting your issues infact I didn't find any mail id where I can put my grievances

    @airtelindia What a PATHETIC broadband installation services you’re giving. You say same day installation, and here your engineer is not ready to resolve the issue, rather he has abandoned this case and started working on a new one! WASTE OF TIME! Need my refund. Now!

    @Airtel_Presence It's been more than a week since I bought airtel xstream fiber connection . Installation is not yet done. Everyday your custom care executives give false assurances of resolution. No one gets back for follow up . Worst service. @airtelindia

    How you’ll be bringing your problems to zero unless and until you aren’t giving good speed as per the plans. @airtelindia please don’t be greedy enough to ask people to increase your plan for higher speeds. Don’t low your bandwidth speed on basic plans taken earlier @airtelnews
