    @airtelindia It has come to my notice that a photo of some other person is registered for my number with my KYC! Which is the reason I’m unable to replace my damaged sim! This is a #fraud with the customer as well as @DoT_India it’s gross negligence of #TRAI norms #Airtelfraud

    Worst xstream fiber service ever given by airtel to customers...after calling customer care they said their executive come next day ...that means we wait for near 12 hours to resolve internet issue..this is very bad ..and worst service. @airtelindia @JioCare

    @Idea @idea_cares @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @reliancejio idea care you people will have to always regret for you 3rd class services. now we will port out all mobile nos from idea to somewhere else and if that operator also dont give good service then we have other options.

    @TRAI what does one needs to do to get network of service provider whom an individual is regularly paying bills? @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence - There is such poor network that I cannot even call customer care. I have been missing so many work related calls. This is pathetic.

    @TRAI @airtelindia Subject: Request to Allow WiFi Extender Usage for Broadband Connection Respected Sir/Madam, I am using Airtel Broadband connection with WiFi connection number: 04015311420. Earlier, I was using a WiFi extender/router along with your broadband connection without any issues. Recently, during a complaint visit, your technician informed me that the usage of WiFi extenders has been technically restricted or blocked from the backend team side. I humbly request Airtel authorities to kindly allow the usage of WiFi extender/router so that I can access uninterrupted broadband connectivity throughout my premises. The extender is essential for proper signal coverage and smooth internet usage. If the restriction continues, I may be forced to cancel the existing broadband connection and shift to another broadband service provider who permits such usage.     @airtelindia need to permanently close wifi, your ivr team is just putting call on hold and disconnecting after sometime. I sent email also but no response. Hopeless service. @airtelnews @TheSunilMittal
