@airtelindia @TRAI When One have Paid the Cost & Installation Charges for Set Top Box, why Can not watch Free Channels if not recharged the connection. I think Free to Air channel must not be Stopped by any service provider.

@airtelindia Reporting from kalyan airtel gallery. Your person took 100 rs charge to change the sim card which was not working to a newer sim, a day before yday. And assured me the sim will get activated in 2 hrs. It's been 48 hrs I could nt use the new sim. What kind of service?

@AshwiniVaishnaw @DoT_India I’m not trying to exaggerate the issue. It’s almost impossible to get customers issue resolved on airtel platform. Customer care routes to app and app routes complain back to CC. This is a vicious circle.@airtelindia could you provide a resolution.
