    @airtelindia I am from MAHENDRAGARH HARYANA having No. 9050651463. There is a lot of network issue from last 1 month, as the light fluctuates network lost completely, I have 3 airtel numbers in my house and all are suffering same issue. Kindly resolve it asap.

    @Airtel_Presence Day 11 and the service is still down (not that it matters any more). I have made a request for disconnection (after adjusting for the number of days the service was not available) and the same is pending to be processed. Kindly expedite @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

    @airtelindia worst network service. @narendramodi and @AmitShah both look at the issue.same complaint i have given on 10 march 2026 and last week. But they are not resolved..sir they are taking 5G amounts from us. Are you communicated with airtel or not? Worst service...

    1/2 Worst experience with @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence! Ported from Jio to Airtel postpaid family plan. Sales executives visited and processed both numbers, but only the primary is active. The secondary number is completely dead and the staff is now ignoring my calls!

    @_kumbhkaran They are not even providing unlimited 5g data when I use zee 5 for fifa matches in the mobile . Even they turn the network into 4g . Totally pathetic service and ruined the experience of watching in full hd . @airtelindia

    @airtelindia I have a board and connection in my mall in satna MP, 3 days since no Internet is their and no one is ready to restart it. Airtel has no employees to give service . Pathetic

    I genuinely regret having to post this publicly, but after endless frustration, I have no other option. My experience with @airtelindia has been nothing short of mentally exhausting and incredibly disappointing. The level of customer service is absolutely pathetic. Trying to reach a human representative feels impossible, and the Airtel Thanks App is practically useless when you actually need support. All I wanted was to shift my broadband connection barely 100 metres away, yet despite repeated attempts, there has been no resolution. This kind of negligence towards paying customers is unacceptable. What's even worse is that for the past one year, I have been facing frequent internet disruptions. Every single month, I lose around 7 days of service despite paying for the entire month. I end up paying for a service that I simply don't receive. The constant follow-ups, unanswered requests, and complete lack of accountability have been mentally draining. Customers shouldn't have to beg for a service they're already paying for. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Airtel to anyone. A company that fails to provide reliable service and basic customer support doesn't deserve its customers' trust. Airtel is far far away from quality, neither they have quality network nor the staff representing the customer care service. Extremely disappointed. 👎🙏 @Airtel_Presence @airtelnews

    @airtelindia @GooglePayIndia I've done a rechalrge from GPay to a prepaid airtel num. Nw I need d payment receipt with tax invoice. I've checked with bth d customer care, each are saying to contact the other, so who is really responsible here? To provide the recharge tax invoice.
