  @airtelindia I am not able to receive otp for changing my current wifi plans. I have been reaching out to you guys continuously for about three months and no one contacts even after the complaint is filed. Didn’t expect this kind of worst experience. Improve you thanx app

  @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Additional details - No response from the engineer on the number listed, no reasoning provided for delay, no option for same day resolution. 48 hours to resolve a wire issue @TRAI - I ask again, is there no resolution for an aggrieved customer?

  @airtelindia knowingly decrease / limited the internet speed and network strength of prepaid customers so as to force them to shift on airtel postpaid. Airtel postpaid customer get's better service and network than those prepaid customers.

  @holydarkstar @airtelindia 💯. Even airtel works great at my home or during travelling. But it just doesn't work in my office ❌ Done several complaints since 2023 but it didn't solved
