I really have concern with all telecom companies. Like if someone don't want to use 4g service and they only need new sim card for calling then also they need to pay 249,299 to get new sim. And with this they will get 1-1.5gb data/day. Like why @airtelindia @reliancejio

@airtelindia I am currently user of Airtel DTH from last 5 years and continue using the service w/o any problem but this time I recharge set top box for 1 year plan but plan got changed from Airtel side from 20 may I'm following up on this but no solution is there. ID 3024280210

Very unprofessional behavior from @airtelindia. Applied for Xstream Fiber, & paid the charges. it has been a week since they have not installed the connection. The sales guy is not answering the phone and customer care 121 refuses to register the complaint. @jagograhakjago.
