    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence If this issue is not resolved immediately, I will have no option but to discontinue the service. This is extremely disappointing from a brand like Airtel. Need a proper solution, not excuses. @Airtel_Presence

    Dear @TRAI, I have been facing issues from the 25th of April till now. Being in a 5G coverage area, I am still unable to use the 5G unlimited data service, and @airtelindia has not resolved the issue.

    Dear @airtelindia Thank you for providing the worst customer care service. As a jio sim user I can't dial 121 to report airtel WiFi issue and when I said it to your customer care they are saying this is the only number I can register a complaint on.

    @airtelindia Can you fix the issue for HPCL gas cylinder booking on Airtel app. I am not able to book as it says biller is facing technical issues. However I don't see any issue with other platforms.

    @airtelindia I had bought a wifi extender/mesh from Airtel thanks app on 21st of March, 2026. It was cancelled on 23rd of March,2026. It has been more than a month and I have still not received my refund of 500/- even after multiple online and offline complaints. Please help.
