last 2 weeks Airtel broadband going on n off randomly and causes impact for critical work like wfh or sometimes banking operations,on top of Airtel mobile data never work here in this area so no connectivity even to raise complaint @airtelindia @GreaterNoidaW @Airtel_Presence

@airtelindia should seriously hire someone for the customer service because everytime if you call for any complain instead of help you will have to listen to a bot for more then 1 hr and after that you yourself give up on the problem.... @reliancejio

It’s highly outrageous that reputed internet service providers like @reliancejio and @airtelindia are lagging behind in providing internet in many major areas of a city. This gives an opportunity to sub-standard companies to provide inferior services in those areas. 😔 😢

caveat emptor for all existing and future customers who would only be those who have not been cautioned about the systemic malpractices of @JioCare @reliancejio #customers Be fully aware they do not care. It's worth paying a few $s extra to @airtelindia and getting a fair service
