    They will book your order and take payment but won’t show up for installation and avoid your calls. There’s no proper helpline. The customer care centre is also clueless. It’s a mechanism of duping the customers to mint money. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @bhartiairtelfdn

    @airtelindia - I have been wrongly charged for a 1-day international roaming pack I never activated. Raised a support request and followed up for over a week ,every single time the ticket is closed WITHOUT any resolution. This is unacceptable.
