@Airtel_Presence @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I had recharged for intl roaming pack of 3997 on 11th March. Order id was generated and money deducted, but the recharge was not done. You dont resolved issues orver calls & email & money not refunded. Why such pathetic service?

I hope @Airtel_Presence hav gud automated tkting systm. It 'll periodically close all tkts raised in airteltanks app, even issue not yet addressed or resolved. Helo @airtelindia , Alrdy sent Tkt info in DM, requsted about action taken detils. No responds for DM too.
