    @airtelindia:As Airtel launches broadband in cities where it is not having presence. It's a good thing. But it launches prepaid broadband plans.Why not airtel launches postpaid plans also in broadband. Due to prepaid plans,ISD service is not there in the landline.

    Respected @airtelindia we are very disappointed with your services in BAGIAL (PATHANKOT) (143533). The network conditions are at its worse. It is impacting our work from home a lot. Data speed is worst even going upstairs. Half of villagers are fed up. Make impactful solution.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Day 3, 36+ hours. Airtel broadband outage continues. I’ve been told that 3rd party vendors are obstructing the work. Tbh, that’s not a customer problem. Airtel, as a brand, and organisation has to handle its local competitors.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia your support system IVR is like a voice assisted maze. Nobody can reach customer care executives. There is no point of having a customer support team where they can't be reached. Been trying to raise a concern for weeks and no luck. I'd rather port.
