Never faced such poor service with @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Whenever we customers face issues, Airtel atleast gives a positive response and get the issue resolved within tat. Airtel keeps cust informed if tat increases due to unforeseen things. @JioCare pls improve

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Called twice in last 2 mths to update address. Both CSR told that it'll happen next billing cycle. Today when I called, they are asking me to send ID proof. Now I've to wait for 1 more month. This is the so called gr8 service of Airtel Black Customer

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence shocked & surprised. i requested airtel customer care to not 2 disconnect my broadband connection as i want to contiune still airtel disconnect my connection and now telling me to give docs afresh and wait for 3 days. inefficient people ruin the org.

@airtelindia @AirtelBlack this is very disappointing to see tele call on landline numbers, pathetic customer service , landline numbers are very personal and being a service provider you should respect our privacy, instead your people are harassing on calls and selling plans
