    @ganeshsonawane @airtelindia Airtel only works through X, if and when they do. So every time there's an issue, write on X. Their App service/help/chatbot is a hoax.

    @SunilBhartiMitl @airtelindia @airtelnews Shocking and pathetic service from Airtel Xstream Fiber in New Delhi ncr new mangalapuri ,sultanpur,110030.internet has been down for the last 2 days and Airtel has taken no serious action yet. No callback, no visit, and field engineer.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @airtelnews I have paid the amount yesterday morning for Airtel Wifi Connection. Sales person has promised the Installation in an hour. But it has not installed and Airtel is not cancelling and returning my money. Worse service & money extortion.
