    My wifi connection @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence is disconnected since last two days no technician has come and when I call customer care I am being manipulated and the consultant does not have the manners to talk. So can you help me other wise i shift my connection.@JioCare

    @airtelindia can I get a customer care number where I can directly talk to a person without going through that bullshit Ai. After AI at least give an option whether someone wants to talk to a customer care agent.!!

    @airtelindia @ACTFibernet @airtelindia even for cancellation why are you making our life harder. I already requested for cancellation of my black plan and still customer support is not allowing me to disconnect.

    @airtelindia The issue still persists even after these many days. I tried to connect with an advisor in the chat to let them know everytime I click on talk to advisor it gets repeated to the same again. This is going on for almost 20 days now. I don't know what anyone is doing in airtel.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence , I'm a long time user of Airtel postpaid but recently I am very dissatisfied with the the call center. I need to talk to a senior authority about the credit limit issue Please escalate urgently or I will be porting to another provider. #Airtel

    @ViCustomerCare Well while you boast of your network.. How come @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence 5G network is 100% indoors at same location?
