@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence - I would like to disconnect the Airtel broadband because of incompetent backend staff and technicians. SR#127179220, technician (Vinod) is insisting me to inform the backend team that there is a technical issue, hence i am going for diconnection.

@airtelindia calls drop 10-20 times a day. I raised a complaint twice and both times the complaint was marked resolved without even reaching out to me. What's going on? Too many customers to handle? May be it's time to switch to @reliancejio?

@airtelindia Worst network I have done so many complaints but there is no improvement in the network my area code is 273001 from 4 months I am facing problem...but your customer executives are not taking my problems seriously ...I am not paying @airtelindia for this type of bad service
