    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Despite multiple follow-ups, my issue is still unresolved. This recurring problem is affecting usage. I will now proceed with porting out to another network if not resolved immediately.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence It’s been 5+ days and my Airtel Black bundling request is still stuck with “Order Delay” and “in-progress” status. My airtel number is yet to be bundled with my landline, and multiple/duplicate requests have been created without any resolution.

    @Airtel_Presence Your area technical lead is worst in this case he is asking us to talk to customer care. Such a worst service I never experienced from airtel @airtelindia

    Apparently no one @airtelindia is concerned about a 2 week long wifi issue with their customer. No seriousness with the on ground team. Time to switch provider. Tagging team here so it's documented for legal purposes. Ticket no. 11028708549.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Recharging for 4999 is not a small amount, but service and response to resolve the issue is terrible process by @airtelindia . Many of my friends facing the same issue. #terribleairtel

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Hi can you guide on hot to raise the disconnection services as I would like to change the service provider from Airtel to any there competitors. The AI bot is waste of time as the problem stays.

    Hi @Airtel_Presence today is first day of installation & my wifi is down. Online service request 11029259998 will be attended 1May2026? A customer is left high & dry without internet access for 3 days? I disconnected Jio in misplaced belief @airtelindia Disappointed
