    @airtelindia : just open your app to pay postpaid bill and here is a finding, what a way to dig the pocket of customers. Never applied for Airtel black and you are asking for payment of same? Is this way to force the services?

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence your repair team is the worst !! They said it'll take 18 nov 12:20am but they didn't fix the Internet. Then when i called customer care they say 3:20am again they didn't fix it. Now they said 6:20am They didn't fix it till now. Worst experience !

    @airtelindia ,@VittalGopal, as told yesterday issue does not get resolve, will switch this to others, such a bad experience I had with airtel, talk about cx service, I will give 0, if you cant resolve cx service then close your business and open a tea stall..
