    @Airtel_Presence Thanks for reply Abhishek. This is first experience with Airtel which is surely not good. With such level of service and engineer (who don't pickup phone after payment done) not sure how much @airtelindia will progress. Thanks again for your reply & expect this to resolve soon.

I have been facing network issue for the last ten years and all my complaints have gone into deaf ears. They will immediately send me a message now but no action will be taken!

    Dear @airtelindia, As you know very well about your pathetic services, even no resolution after raising a several complaints.Along with that you don't have any flexibility as per customer services. After 10 yrs of love with airtel I think we should divorce. @TRAI Fyi

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @airtelnews I asked for a call back from the Airtel media team but no response for weeks. Let alone response they do not care to read the messages. Moreover the Airtel black team promises solution on calls repeatedly no action taken for solution

    @airtelindia I placed order for your xtream fiber - 7 days ago, but no installation had been done till now, all the guys of installation team are making excuses, My ticket no - 92878593, I want to cancel it and want refund for it.
