    @airtelindia I am now fully convinced that some companies cannot improve. Your people come and take payment and then don't take calls for installations. And we'll not surprised that too is outsourced. Worst service of all.

    Hey @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence my fiber connection is 054247357379_dsl down from 3rd july , I have tried registering a complaint but the technician team is not able to rectify it. As my business is totally online, I'm facing huge work backlog, please help me out. Thanks

    I would advise everyone for not using Airtel service, specially broadband. They will take all personal documents and not activate committed service. Seems like documents are misused somewhere else which is very serious. @airtelindia @airtelnews @Airtel_Presence

    @airtelindia you are looting to all prepaid customers, I recharged with 49 ta pack ,but still I can’t send any sms to anyone. When I contact with customer care he said for sending sms I need to recharge any unlimited pack which is 129 or more .Good bye Airtel #byeairtel

    @airtelindia It is really shameful to see the service of airtel india. Pathetic and poor service given by airtel customer executive. I visited to thane gallery near station. I got worst service from executive Sneha kirtikar and her manager pranavati hiwade.
