  @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence How long are customers expected to keep dealing with this? My Airtel Wi-Fi has been disconnecting repeatedly for the past two months, making it extremely difficult. Despite trying to get the issue resolved, there’s still no permanent solution.

  @airtelindia The network connectivity is extremely poor, especially inside buildings and on certain stretches of the road. The 5G network frequently drops to 4G, and even the 4G connection is often unstable. Please investigate the coverage and resolve this issue at the earliest.

  I recharged for the ₹979 plan, but the ₹1,729 plan was activated instead. Please change it to ₹979 and adjust the excess amount. Otherwise i will raise a complaint @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence #airtel #airtelworst

  Hey @airtelindia I have been trying to reach customer care to change my wifi router with latest one.. No one seems to understand. Are you so dumb? They raised a new connection request. Your IVR and chat bot both are absolutely useless.
