Hey I have complaint two times to @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia about my broadband connection that has to be upgraded recently there was copper line in my area but now it's upgraded to fiber but no technical team came to my house despite of 2 request raise to upgrade it to fiber

@airtelindia 4 hrs to receive OTP to recharge Fasttags. Still waiting. Everything on Airtel thanks app , unable to recharge my phone & fast tag stop lying. SERVICES WORST THAN BSNL.
