    @airtelindia @AirtelWiFi143 @Airtel_Presence it’s been 5 days since we made a complaint .. every month at least 3 days internet is not there .. how do think we can run our offices. made several complaints, you staff is saying there is issue company is not ready to address. unfortunately even after this you won’t fix .. I just wanted it to vent out.

    @airtelindia @airtelindia Not only has your service team failed to show up despite repeatedly rescheduling my Wi-Fi appointment, but there is absolutely no response to my complaint on Twitter either. This is not the level of service expected from Airtel.
