    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I have an Airtel xtream broadband connection. Raised concern with ticket ID: 10086951450 on 2nd Oct. Issue not resolved and ticket got closed. No info given to me.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Pl improve your systems as a mobile no was ported to jio from your network. After a complete month you come to know amount is due from my side. Your employees call daliy on all nos without any fail and still unable to do payment as they suggested 1/2

    @airtelindia your company has worst customer care service. I an struggling to update my email id in my number from last 5 days. I have called multiple to get it updated. After 5 days when I called your customer care executive told me that you have to regenerate your request.
