    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @TRAI I have requested for disconect request regarding my fibre due too bad services. At airtel end said my balance amount will be refunded and they will arrange follow up call regarding this. No call we’re made and now they are saying not to refund

    @airtelindia you change bill plans suo moto, after having sold a so called wonderful plan to a custome 2 months ago and dont even have courtesy to discuss with a so called platinum customer. 😑 your call center has no clue how to handle the situation. Shame

    Hi team @airtelindia it's been three days my broadband connection issue has not been solved.U had Very poor service team I made a complaint, no response. People like me who been working from home, has to depend on broadband but now without internet sitting idle and lost money

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence The broadband connection is not working as it used to be . From couple of days not even able to connect device on 5G internet speed. If this is not taken care of it is better you deactivate my connection. Would be looking for offers with Tata or Jio

    @airtelindia Useless network net connectivity is very low nowadays i raise a request about connectivity 15 days ago but still now it is process to resolve how many days are u going to solve a problem Not satisfied

    @airtelindia @airtelnews I guess you have enough customer already...I placed a request for new connnection twice and was promised callback with 4 hours but got none in 2 days.
