    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Pls activate my existing sim which is replaced few hrs back still it is not active. That is my official no and unable to make any calls. Activation take this much time ?? How many days you need! Extremely Poor service.

    @airtelindia; Poor customer service and response. I wanted to revise my internet plan but was informed nothing can be done as advance rental paid which is ridiculous. In fact I wanted to move to 999/- plan.

    @airtelindia it's now exactly a week that I have complained about problem with wifi. Your engg said Router is faulty and shud b replaced and gave a timeline of 2 days. But no action taken after that. If you cant manage simple router related issues then u shud stop providing wifi

    @Shaileshwar21 @airtelindia They might not allow that also. Because id proof is required of the person under whose name the SIM is registered. And most probably that name problem would cause problem. It's better try getting it registered in your name first. I might be wrong though.
