    @HathwayBrdband why are the consumers not allowed by the local cable distributors to change the channels whenever required like other service providers provide.Very disappointed by the service. I appreciate @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence in this matter

    I was facing issue on my Airtel Xstream So I registered complaint for regarding this issue. Today one service guy visited my place but he not skilled to resolved that problem even he didn't know how to clear cache the system data. Very pathetic service @airtelindia

    Dear @airtelindia I have a simple request to shift my Tv from my one location to another. This option is not on the app, when I call helpline I went through the entire 7-8 minutes but could find that option, it says to use the app there is no human call support. Kindly assist.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @TRAI Guys your network is so great that I'm amazed , I'm paying 499 rantal with add on 149 , and u have so efficient team who is unable to resolve my complain since a year. What is the point if unable to make or receive calls, time to port.

    @VodafoneIN I will be happy to use Vodafone service . But air tell people are not allowing me to port my 9987579821 no to Vodafone . In September 2016 I paid Rs 50000 bill when I visited USA . I HAVE PAID ALL BILLS.. THEY ARE NOT ADJUSTING MY DEPOSIt. @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia

    @airtelindia your xtreme fibre broadband connection is COMPLETE GARBAGE. The range in the house is BAD. Reliability is WORSE. I am stuck with your worthless connection. PLUS, NO OPTION to reach talk to customer support anywhere in the Xtreme fibre app.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence since afternoon, the wifi is down and there is no mobile internet. Calls too going through with much difficulty. All connections are Airtel except 1 #jio connection which is now powering connectivity for the entire household. Kindly restore asap 😡

    Also the customer care is not taking any proper action towards the assigned engineer's behavior and the broadband issue. The request estimated time in app has been increased by 1 hour and now it is increased till tomorrow. @airtelindia

    @airtelindia #Horrible customer experience you provide. Ticket21-15314914898 I had asked for an upgrade to fibre plan.On ground wire not changed but stillI am receiving inflated bills.I call to get it corrected..your people dont reply .MP Nodal& appelate don't respond.
