    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia very bad experience at Airtel store in Fort Mumbai Mr. Amin Chocolatewala the store manager is not bothered of Prepaid customer,I think this behaviour comes down the line from last 120 days I am facing network problem but none of the delegates turned

    @Airtel_Presence Look at the pathetic condition of this 2 day old camera installation. Is this how work should be done!!!? Airtel Xsafe is a pathetic product and the service is the worst possible @airtelindia I want a REFUND.

    @airtelindia I installed home security cameras Xsafe but it’s not working properly. Installation engineers did not explain anything. Disappointed with your product & service. @Airtel_Presence

    Hey @airtelindia, @Airtel_Presence - I made an advance payment of 12 months for your 300 Mbps Fiber connection in Feb 22, and yet I've been sent a bill 2 months in advance of my plan expiry. On contacting your customer service helpline, I'm receiving incoherent responses.

    @airtelindia @Airtelcare3 Waiting at your fort mumbai branch from the past 20 min yet to be served. No one at the front to guide customer's. When asked for the manager was told he/she is busy on a zoom meeting. Very disappointed

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Hi team , I recharged my DTH of Rs 320 and I got to know that Rs 25 deducted instead of 10 . Kindly check and refund my 15 to my DTH account. Why unnecessary amount deduction happened, This is not acceptable from one of reputed service provider .

    @airtelindia Airtel IVR is the worst I’ve experienced—it never connects you to a human. Store support is even worse. I’ve been trying repeatedly to reach them and migrate from postpaid to prepaid, but they keep putting hurdles. 1/2

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Facing recurring Unlimited 5G issue (3rd time). Even in Alappuzha with strong 5G signal, 4G data is still being deducted. Not a coverage issue — backend/provisioning fault. Ticket: C5AGD3CHN20260421068045 Need permanent fix urgently.
