    Utter disappointment from @airtelindia No internet since 4 days and very rare broadband connectivity since last 10-12 days. Even after complaining at their toll number on 30 th, and many assurances of tending to the complaint within 4 hours, 24 hours, there’s not anything done.

    @Airtel_Presence Dear Faizan @airtelindia I sent you my complaint /query on the 31st of October 2020 and I'm waiting to resolve the issue at the earliest. You can cancel my subscription from the above mentioned date and not keep it on hold if that's what you mean. Awaiting the email reply.

    The line will be always busy no matter who you call with @airtelindia but at the same time using my second jio number and the call connects instantly. This is happening to me for the last 6 month and when I complained about it customer care person was not listening and was rude.

    .@airtelindia takes bills on time and send tens of reminder messages about payment, but when it comes to solving customer complaints - they are just 1/5, they ask customers to wait for 15 days / 20 days for the resolution and post that they will automatically mark it as resolved

    @airtelindia @MIB_India Dear sir I am Bipul Baibhav my no 9006343191 is a 5g sim and my mobile is also 5g but nowadays I had recharge pack of 265 in my no but it doesn't work in unlimited 5g Even after getting 5G network and Customer care doesn't responding please fix it
