Utter disappointment from @airtelindia No internet since 4 days and very rare broadband connectivity since last 10-12 days. Even after complaining at their toll number on 30 th, and many assurances of tending to the complaint within 4 hours, 24 hours, there’s not anything done.

And we get a message that the complaint is closed as there is internal wiring issue. WITHOUT ANY TECHNICAL PERSON SITE VISIT. And these are online classes times , my son being in the most crucial class 12 th.@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

@Airtel_Presence Dear Faizan @airtelindia I sent you my complaint /query on the 31st of October 2020 and I'm waiting to resolve the issue at the earliest. You can cancel my subscription from the above mentioned date and not keep it on hold if that's what you mean. Awaiting the email reply.
