    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence why don't you be proactive & diligent in bettering your services like you proactively follow-up on bill payment FIFTEEN DAYS prior to due date? You take 3 months to resolve simplest of issues till then the consumers have to bear the limitations.

    Hello @airtelindia i am unable to use internet properly and either make proper calls. Using postpaid and the network issue in my area is worst for airtel only. Can you fix it?

    @airtelindia 1 month to swap and activate SIM card, advertisement says best service to customer but struggling to contact from last 1 month Can I get a process to swap and activate damage SIM card, fyi I have already received new SIM card but activation is pending from 1 month

    I think airtel isn't bothered about loosing its customer.. Finally will have to port from @airtelindia and consider either @reliancejio or @VodafoneIN

    @airtelindia I am unable to use internet . I called your customer service today . He send a text your problem will solve within 8 days . I think 8 days is a very less time for troubleshooting take your time . I am leaving Airtel from tomorrow.

    @airtelindia Your network Sucks Nowadays its 4G+ on myphone(and works like 1G/2G) U say No.1 network(it is not more than 1-2 Network bars when inside home) Facing call drop issue and the sound is moving back and forth(and it shows HD call) U have done phD in(Fooling Customers)

    I stay area 400095.Last 10 days, my broadband has issues.I use 2 sim and both have weak connectivity.I put on my TV sterday and says “no connection due to bad weather” while its bright & shinny. Pls support & resolve all issues @airtelnews @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia

    Airtel - one of the worst network. WFH is not possible with airtel. @airtelindia Everyday i have to lodge complaint and still no improvements. PATHETIC
